This was the third time I’ve had a negative experience with this company. The first time I didn’t receive my delivery. No explanation or an apology or even an update.
have had multiple parcels supposed to be delivered by yodel and multiple times they’re either lost due to left in unsafe and common area in a 3 floors building with over 30 flats! This time it was left outside the building near the sidewalk!
When I contacted Yodel they just repeatedly said it was delivered to right address, ask your neighbours! The address is correct but didn’t delivery to right place! How can I go round knocking 30 flats and asking about my parcel every time I have a delivery from Yodel?
It occurred on: 2025-10-11
This meant that I pay for products which I never receive them!
This is a financial loss after waiting a long time for the delivery!
