Hard to work with, TERRIBLE billing policies
Their newsletter builder is much MUCH harder to work with than others (like MailChimp), and it's very confusing about how to save a newsletter and then come back to finish it; I've pretty much given up and have resigned myself to having to create/send the email all in one go. But it's their BILLING THAT IS TERRIBLE. There is NO WAY to shut off the auto-renew at full price; you have to CANCEL COMPLETELY, and if you do, you do NOT GET A REFUND for any unused months. So now, after getting socked with a $300 bill for a year I did not want, I have to watch like a hawk to terminate my account with them days before it renews. NONE of of the other providers do this nonsense. So if you go with them, BEWARE OF BILLING.
This is the best company in business I have ever worked with!
I’m going to make a big statement, but I mean every word of it! I have used this company for almost 20 years. Over that20 years, I have experienced perfect service. I have never experienced one glitch, not one in all of my years using them. Whenever I have had a question, they have always responded promptly! Where other companies send you to fish for an answer, they’ve always responded back to me! I cannot say that about any other company I have ever used! If there was an award I could give them, I would give it! And on top of that all, they have had better pricing than anyone I’ve ever used for similar services! Five star all the way!

Have used them for 10 or 15 years for large global monthly e-mails. Reliable, and good data reporting back on the PRO account I use. Never had an issue with fast email reply on tech issues - ozstamps
Very happy with YMLP
We've used YMLP for quite a few years and I find their system simpler to use than Mailchimp.
E've never had a problem. We stopped our account for a while due to the Covid pandemic and when we started it again all our old data was still available.
Love the platform!
Very good & reliable platform. The support is very helpful when you need it.
Great email service
Great email service, we use it regularly for correspondence with our costomers and have yet to have a problem with it.
YourMailingListProvider is very good
YourMailingListProvider is a simple, yet powerful, newsletter delivery system. Very intuitive, and the online documentation is clear and to the point.
As an occasional mailer
As an occasional mailer, the basic plan fits my needs perfectly while I can top it up with pay-as-you credits as needed
Reliable
We've been using YMLP for several years. The service is reliable and on the few occasions I had a problem they help me to fix it and are courteous.
Terrible customer support and no refund for closed account
Terrible customer support, they shut down my paid account when I only tried to test a few emails. That was weird but I thought they would at least refund my payment, though they didn't. Also, they are much more expensive than most others. Avoid at all costs.

I opened my account few days ago (My username : hpxn), i tried to make payment to purchase credit 10 times with 2 different Credit Cards, the site has error on their payment page. i emailed them 5 times and created 4 support tickets. so far no single reply from them.
yesterday my account was deleted by them or their system. today i opened account but same payment issue.
it looks like nobody is there who is taking care the business. it looks like just Auto mode operation.
Not recommendable provider as their support system is very much poor, i would say support is not exist at all.
Criminally Bad.
I was with YMLP for 13 years because they were an inexpensive option. My list grew as they did to 350k. During the pandemic, I stopped emailing because I run events and didn't need it. I stupidly forgot to suspend my account and they happily bilked $1500 from one account and closed two of my three accounts without telling me losing ALL of my contacts from those two accounts. For reference for how long I've been there, VIP was the login for one of them. The have ignored every attempt to get in contact. They have always had bad customer service but I think this starts to cross over into negligent and abusive.
Think twice before using them.
Trying to cancel is a nightmare. Once they have your card details, they will continue to charge. I've sent numerous tickets and no responses. I'm now going to the bank to reverse.
Think twice before using them.
Poor Customer Service
Unfortunately I have to agree with others here - customer support is poor. Emails are ignored. So frustrating.
Terrible service
Terrible service. No customer service. They ignore you. Avoid them. Any reviewers here that gives them a good review are false.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Poor email interface with difficult to use features. Even after figuring this out and determining that I could not use their services, they refused to work with us or provide any refunds. Overall, horrible experience.
YMLP Terrible Customer Support
YMLP has the most terrible customer support I have ever experienced. You hit a problem and literally get ignored. Don't waste your precious money.
Lost all contact data!
Lost all contact data including web subscribers. They said I closed my account. I didn't. Previously they allowed renewal of account after a lapse and kept data. Not any more! I emailed them and the only response was create a new account! AVOID!
UNABLE to stop billing like previous…
UNABLE to stop billing like previous comment. Support never answers. Stay off this ch*t. :-/
Stay clear!
Stay clear of YMLP. I used to be their loyal customer for a number of years and recently joined again, just to find out it's impossible to stop the subscription once you make the first payment. The support does not reply to any tickets, there's no telephone number to contact and it's impossible to remove your card details from the system. I have been charged three times now for a service I'm unable to cancel.
