Ponzi after all

Ponzi after all. Capital is frozen and they are claiming that they have lost it. They created option to sell balances for huge discount which most of us did and of course they purchased it back. Real shame and heartless people. Hopefully there will be justice.

We have discovered that they have huge history in ponzi games. Don't trust one word that comes from their mouth. It's all part of the game and they have planed it for the long time. Yield nodes is their biggest ponzi game so far.

It's real shame that these guys have such good rating here.

People don't understand business

Team is relevant and transparent. Always told that investment has big risk. Thry offered you 230% APY compounded for something like 3 years, and now when they locked up funds for 2 weeks you talk to them scamers? Absurd. I am on Yieldnodes since 2021. Made money and appreciate team. You can sell your funds for MINIMUM of 10% (now 30%). All people could sell their share for 100% or 90% and take less profit. When something change people goes crazy. Are you investor or schizphrenic . Lol

It's Time To Show YN some Love and Support

It's about time someone show some support for YN. Looking back now that some of the dust has settled and I have regained my feeling back after the shock of what happened with YN, I am not mad. I can say that even though I have 160K invested. We all have had experiences in our life if you're old enough to have REALLY have LIVED to have gone through what seemed like a horrific time only to have things actually work out for the better some time down the road, then you say I am happy that that happened. I do believe this is what will be that case with YN. People , they could have RUN but they didn't. In every monthly news letter they said that this was a risky investment and that profits should not just be left but rather they encouraged us to take our profits. I definitely did take some profits and happy I did.

I do believe that they could have done things better and Steve did acknowledge this. However in the midst of this debacle Steve and Urs wanted to make things right for the investors. Even though we all signed a risk acknowledgement agreement assuming if things did go wrong they could have used that to say sorry but it just didn't work and you were aware of the risk. The simple fact that they are still here, trying to make things right and put YNP in a position to prosper is something we should be thankful for because what if they are Right and this works. Did I think about sell my account of course I did, did I email Steve several times asking about when it would be available to sell, of course I did , did Steve respond each and every time of course he did. Did I sell my accts, of course I didn't because with each interview and video Steve did my confidence grew and I said I trusted them from the begining and they delivered until they didn't with transparency and openness so now that things didn't go as expected should I not give them a chance to make it right. Was I over leveraged of course I was. Did I have to make my mortgage payment with CC yes I did. Thank Goodness for Plastiq.com and good credit. Did I decide to sell my home so I can live a more simple but more exciting life moving back to the city where I am from Yes I did. I don't have to sell but I want to sell and this an example of something good coming from something bad because by moving I will be able to save so much more money. I realized that I can be happy with half the space and not so much stuff.

I think we should take a hard look at what happened to people with FTX who lost everything or a lot or even a little with no hopes of getting it back, no restructuring, no businesses to bring in, no balances to turn in NFT's with future profits being added ,rather they have put multiple businesses out of business. YNP vision is bringing use case. I know everyone's experience is different. Christmas is upon and there may not be money for gifts but if your judged or made to feel like a failure because you can't buy things then maybe you need to make some changes. I don't celebrate Christmas so I am removed from that. Happiness does not come from the ability to give gifts, waking up each morning is the most precious gift and that's free and rarely shown any graditude. I look forward to potentially purchase some balances in the future because I have faith in the team, faith doesn't make things easy it make things possible. The team needs our support not tear downs. YN was working when it was working, it's not working now but I believe it will work in the future.

Why sell your balances if you don't have to, just because somethings isn't doing well right now, if people are showing you that they are trying why not give them a chance. Imagine how life would have worked out for you if you were never given a second chance. I 100 % support YN. Steve Thanks for always responding to my emails and for doing the updates, for admitting that you did some things wrong and could have done better, for showing your disappointment at yourself and others involved, for admitting you were complacent because of the success and should have implement YNP sooner, for not hiding under a rock which you probably wanted to do but decided to forge on. Thank you for being Human, like we all are which YES people makes us imperfect.
Yes I know I could wrong and it doesn't work out as they plan... Well that's 50/50 odds and since they were success for the past 3 years, showing they are capable, those are odds I can live with because either way I only get a fraction of my balance if I sell which would be like losing any or I lose everything because I wanted to give it a chance, I can live with that rather than having to live with if I would have only held on..... Success doesn't make us great, rather it's what you do when faced with failure that does.

Lost big part of my investment in this…

Lost big part of my investment in this company that decided to change their business model without giving a warning to their clients. I'm already selling my share trying to recover some money that they stole from me! I was going to take all my investments before this happened but now its too late. I'm now on LunarYields platform as most investors are moving to there... They have good ROI plans, we can take out the profits when we want and the withdrawals are instant!

I HAD £1000 invested

I had £1000 invested, it was going great for about 8 months,
untll the suddenly changed their company model and closed withdrawals, with promises of digital shares in their future venture in windfarms, or something ponzi-esque like that.
They've opened a section on their site to sell your shares to others for a discounted price, I've sold most of mine at 20-30% value, I've recovered 70% of my initial investment at this point. A month ago if I withdrew woulda been 100% up, live and learn.

Do not invest at this point unless you are insane

I got out at a lucky time

I got out at a lucky time, however many did not. I would never trust this company again after what happened. I have heard many things about how they generated returns, but I won't speculate here. You can google for that information on your own though. This is exactly why I don't expect them to make any money going forward, because they can't repeat what they did before with their coins.

Point being like many in the crypto space, totally and completely untrustworthy

Everything seemed to be going fine for…

Everything seemed to be going fine for about 6 months, I was getting my compound interest and my balance was going up. Then suddenly, they said that their Binance BTC wallet was frozen, then the proverbial s*** hit the fan. They have frozen all balances, and withdrawal of your current balance is not possible. Its also been said that they will keep the funds locked until they can launch a Yieldnodes 2.0. I will update my review if things change for the better.

They now are holding my money hostage

They now are holding my money hostage. Even though the events that caused this were not fully their fault (market forces), It's unethical to not hold the proportional reserves necessary in case there is a bank run.

Now on top of that, they are planning to convert our deposits into NFTs, without giving us a new user agreement to review & sign. They can't just convert to NFTs without our concent.

If they were taken to court, we would win, at least on this specific point, if not more. Count me in on your Class Actions.

Failed Ponzi Scheme

Ponzi scheme. I was able to get out at 20% at the auctions but seems like more and more people are unable to get out now as exit liquidity dries.

What happened to the "buyers" who were interested in coming in, YN? Just a bunch of lies like usual. Urs & Steve belong in jail.

Ponzi scheme

This new claims section where people can sell their balances makes me realize this is truly a Ponzi scheme at this point. Realistically the balances people are buying aren't available. Might as well be offering Monopoly money. The company is merely selling a worthless account to someone else who will never collect what is owed.

It happened.

It happened. I didn’t believe everyone but it finally happened. Forcing investors to not be able to withdrawal and surprising us by turning our funds into NTFs to back some strange DECENOMY system. Not what I invest in. No guaranteed withdrawal. Nothin.
To make it worse I just deposited a large chunk of change, had some issues with depositing and was able to message one of the CEOs directly. He didn’t seem to worried about informing me of the upcoming rug pull.
With my funds locked until late 2023, I can only hope it doesn’t depreciate to $0 as a worthless NFT.
If this is something that they actually think is necessary or beneficial to their investors they need to open a line of communication immediately. I expect a telegram or discord link within the account page immediately to let US talk to YOU. Otherwise YieldNodes is nothing but another rug pull.

SORRY SO LONG PLEASE READ

PLEASE READ MY EMAIL TO YIELDNODES AND SEE RESPONSE AT END:

EMAIL SENT:
My apologies for sending such a long email but I guess I am just wanting to be heard. As a common “small” investor, this is how it feels.
In my honest opinion, although I am not that knowledgeable, I want to believe in you but struggle:

- Investors buy into a project that they see potential. They trust & see rewards, so they invest more. Then the project has a Series of bad decisions, let’s say gambles and loses.
Now comes the part where the project realizes how big this mistake is and does some type of “added reward for investing more”… let’s say like a 20% offer…

Now we have investors thinking, “wow, I’ve been doing great each month so a “buy bonus”… yes I am going to invest more.” After a little while of this the investors start noticing smaller monthly gains…

Then ALL THE SUDDEN the project realizes “Uh-Oh” they’re screwed and needing to at least recoup and/or make themselves whole again (regardless of their investors suffering). Now they CEASE all withdrawals.

They stop giving monthly gains so they can recoup their loss. The project creates an elaborate plan to present their issue and spin it as a positive thing. They consult with an attorney (find a way to stay within the signed agreement). Now they are ready to lay the bombshell on investors. After a few weeks they think, let’s give a date that we allow withdrawals. The date approaches and they still haven’t recouped loss. The project then pushes the date again.

Now the project thinks, “will anyone even want to invest now!?” The project then create an email (like what we received) to ascertain how much they can even afford. I’m not certain but let’s say they agree on 10% and see how that goes… mind you it’s my belief that I have to sell this to someone else to even get out??

My apologies again but this doesn’t add up. The whole process sounds too unreal and unbelievable at this point. I invested in someone, took a gamble, and apparently it was a bad decision. The fact that it feels as if you care more about yourself than someone who invested in you is what bothers me the most.

When I signed risk agreement it was under the impression that the risk was regarding value of the crypto being held. Can you please advise me on how to obtain copies of my signed agreements? Additionally can you explain why lead people on? I understand some investors deposited and got screwed instantly… how is this legit?

Thank you for your time and I will await response.

I'm staying with YieldNodes

I'm staying with YieldNodes
Everyone who says YieldNodes is ponzi, scam, etc are just thebil who have no idea what masternoding is and what YieldNodes does.
For anyone who is mining some kind of crypto, whether it's POW or POS, it's obvious what happened.
I will explain, but I don't think I will convince any morons.
Literally overnight after the introduction of ETH 2.0, i.e. the transition from POW to POS, the profitability of mining all cryptocurrencies has dropped drastically (from 5 to 10 times) so that currently there is not a single cryptocurrency that would be profitable to mine or even cover energy costs. electricity.
All cryptocurrencies are dealing with significant losses these days. Only people who have access to donated energy achieve minimal profits, at a level five times lower than before ETH Merge.
It is clear to me that YieldNodes are also not profitable at the moment, but that will change.
I have no intention of withdrawing money from YieldNodes.
Do your job, I know everything will be fine. And don't give up on masternoding. Regards.

Long term review - current crisis

I've been Yieldnodes since Sep-20 and have withdrawn over 200% of my initial investment.

I felt compelled to write this after the stream of negative comments here with the following key points.

What they could have done better.
1. Steve and Urs could have passed less of the profits over to members over time. Steve mentioned it himself that they were behind where they could have been on the Deconomy transition. Rather than providing 12%-20% returns and only keeping 15% for themselves they should have invested that in the team early on I think. They should have known better than most about this crypto winter induced by the Fed and the halving/ETH merge changes. You loose a star for this, but I will return it if you can come out of this in 12-24m.

What investors should have done better.
1. Understand where your money is going. And if you don't then only risk what you can afford to loose.

2. Read the print. I find it really annoying all these people are suing Yieldnodes. It clear states in it's risk disclaimer and in so many emails they send before you sign up + during membership that this is high risk and to only risk what you can afford to loose.

3. It's really absurd some of the reviews on the site because people don't think for themselves about what they are doing and expect the government or some other party to take responsibility for your ineptitude.

As with many things, both sides have some blame. What I can't stand is all this angst towards the Yieldnodes team. Let them get on with the job and give them some incentive to push through a very hard time.

NB: before this event they have been super responsive to all my queries, I appreciated being able to move my funds from my personal name to my corporate entity and have had no problems withdrawing large sums in the past.

Good luck Steve and Urs and I'll be looking at grabbing some claims to support.
