As a new customer, we have been extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. This was our first time setting up a business and website which can be a challenging process, but everything was made straightforward and easy to navigate.
Communication throughout was exceptional. Sean and Dan were always at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice, reassurance or guidance, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were incredibly professional and attentive throughout the whole process while still being approachable and easy to work with.
The end result has genuinely been everything we envisaged and more. The level of support and attention to detail gave us real confidence that everything was being done properly.
