Ordered a ring

Ordered a ring. Over a week late it still hasn’t been shipped out. I’ve reached out to customer service and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do. It was supposed to arrive by today but still hasn’t even been shipped. Feels like a scam to me. Ring is not custom, and not out of stock. Not to mention it said it would be shipped from somewhere no farther than 4 hours from me.

A good company

They are a good company. They have a lot of product styles and excellent customer service, but their shipping times are slow, which I think is a fair trade-off.

The earring were super and very much…

The earring were super and very much enjoyed by the recipients of them as a gift.
Just wish we could have been able to get a better handle on when they were to be delivered because it took a long time

still no answer

i have ordered a gift for my partner and was promised to be shipped before the date it was needed. it has been more than 5 days and it is still being processed and i have tried to reach out to the customer service email and still nothing. i have asked for a refund and still have not been compensated. don’t purchase from this company if your after a gift within a specific time.

My recently lost my baby brother to…

My recently lost my baby brother to violence, I researched urn necklaces in search of a perfect piece of jewelry. When I came across the YFN Jewelry site, their pieces are beautiful. I place my order for the one I adored and there was a mishap in my order, however after reaching out to the costumer service department about the mistake. Fioana was awesome; she sent me suggestions of other urn necklaces and one of her suggestions was a perfect fit for the my baby brother. Fioana is truly a blessing, I received my urn necklace today 8/14/2023 and it’s breath taken. Thank you YFN Jewelry, your company will forever be a highly recommendation!!!

Customer Service

I ordered two cremation urn necklaces and they were engraved incorrectly. I emailed customer service and they corrected them and sent me new ones almost immediately. Customer service was in constant contact with me the entire time. The new necklaces came corrected and they are lovely. I would definitely purchase from YFN again.

Refund Scamed Again

I purchased a pair of earrings for our anniversary and was dissatisfied with them. I requested a refund on November 21st and finally on December 13th they offered a $20 refund and keep the earrings. This was a $169 item. I said no I would like to return the item for a full refund. They sent me the return address which was in China. I promptly sent the item to the address specified and waited. Finally in May the item was returned to me unclaimed by the receiver. So this is how they avoid giving any refunds by not claiming packages sent to them. So now I am out the $169 for the item and $18 for the postage to send it. I sent them a picture of the unclaimed package returned to me and there was no response from the company.

Total SCAM!

Update: 10-15-23
So I have jumped through all their hoops again to try to get a refund on this item, I returned it to a US address as provided "paid another $10 in shipping", they received it on August 23rd and I have asked several times for my refund over the last 2 months and have never received one.

If you buy from them I really hope you like your item because you will never be able to get a refund if you don't

Do not recommend!!! Buyer BEWARE

Do not recommend!!!! Terrible company!!!!! BEWARE

I ordered this product on May 17th. It was supposed to take 2-4 days for processing and 5-7 for shipping. I received it on June 15th because it's coming from China.

On May 19th they sent me a WhatsApp asking me to rate my experience. I said I couldn't because I had not received my product. Then they said that they were actually contacting me because I had not paid. I sent them proof (w/o account numbers) that they had deducted the money from my bank account, at which point they said it was their mistake and I had actually paid.

Eventually they printed a shipping label and then waited another several days to ship the item.

When I received the item it was not what I had ordered (exp. Yellow gold instead of white gold). I sent them proof. I was told that my only option was to pay to ship it back....to China (it's a personalized item so they can't reuse it) and that it would then take even longer to receive the product that I had actually ordered to begin with.

So I waited a month and never received the actual product that I ordered.

I purchased a mother's day gift that said it would be here by Sunday with express shipping and have yet to receive I sent out an email they told me they urged the store then contacted them again and got ghosted I feel scammed at least write me back and put me at ease I've yet to even receive a tracking number I'm disappointed in the customer service next step will be disputing the 400 I spent smh

Company is dodgy as hell

I have had exactly the same issue as Sharon. Kept telling me they’d chase the factory but nothing! I have now raised a disputed transaction with my credit card. They will refund me and take it up with the fraudulent company. Avoid them at all costs. Update: I finally received my item once the credit card company was involved, however, the discount promised for all the inconvenience, should have been applied to my credit card, but is yet to materialise.

I have tried NOT to write this review…

I have tried NOT to write this review but cannot see any other option available. I purchased an item from this company on 15/04/23. On 22/04/23 I decided to check on the order on their web site. I can find no way of contacting them directly to ask if they can provide a tracking number or delivery update. The only contact possibility is a chat window which says it is unmanned at present and please leave a message. I did this and then checked back a bit later to find it was saying as there had been no recent activity on the chat it would be deleted. Now, any reputable company would provide contact details so either they are (i) dis-reputable or (ii) a bit naive. Either way, it does not reflect well on the company nor instil confidence in them, when you are unable to make contact with a company regarding an order you paid for. The only other available means is to go through PayPal whom I used to pay them. This review will be updated when there is anything more to report.
UPDATE;
All has become clear. After much searching and wandering around their web site, I have found that apparently, the company is based in Hong Kong and ships items from China. So the 'ships within' 5 to 7 days or whatever it said whilst is true, gives a false impression you should receive your item by then. They will ship it in that time frame and then it's in the hand of the Gods. This also explains the lack of contact means. All the info is there, it's just hidden away and difficult to find. Finally the item has arrived.

We should have shipped your order out on Apr 20th but a small flaw was found when we tried to pack it. We had to remake the necklace for you totally and it took a few days. We're glad to offer a discount to apologize for the delay and tried to reach out to you through email and Skype, but hearing nothing form you.
We set our customer service team in China. As a result, there is a time gap between us. When the manual staff was off, you have to leave them a note. But as you didn't log in when you left the note, you won't see the response we typed. That's why you see the note was cleared. It exits, but you can't see the history.
We're thankful for your suggestion and will drag our contact way out from the About Us area so that no others will meet the same situation.
