Purchased a Peugeot 2008 from this…
Purchased a Peugeot 2008 from this company on march 5th 2026 traded my car in all went smoothly 5 days after buying the car the management light came on took it back to yes car for the then manager lee try to make excuses and dismiss my concerns about the light coming on .lots of twoing and frowing between us I agreed to let there garage look at it
Came back saying they had changed a sensor and the light had gone out well that lasted 30 miles approx went back again this time it was a different manager very nice guy very helpful went back to there garage again said they had fixed the problem no the light came on again .
Had a diagnostics done on it at my cost one of 4 problems being possible catalytic converter went back to the garage the manager was great booked it in for a new cat at there cost .
Got the car back 2 days later the light came on rang them they said it needed a good run to get the car up to temp I had already drove to stoke so was well run .
I then decided enough was enough took it to my local garage and found out it was the lamber sensor and 3 cracks in the exhaust total cost to me 664 pounds .
Anyway please avoid this garage great sales patter but aftercare appalling and also the warranty you get with the car covers virtually nothing never experienced appalling service before like this out of the full team ted was the only decent one out of them unfortunately he got the brunt of the complaints from me
On the 11th of may i had a nasty car…
On the 11th of may i had a nasty car accident leaving my car completley written off!! My insurance company would'nt give me a courtesy car as its a write off not a repair!! So with some help from family and a budget i started to look for a new car!!
Found a car that was perfect for me with yes car!! Paid deposit!! Needed car delivered as im all the way down in devon which they said was'nt a problem!! The day before the car was due down for delivery i paid full amount for car as requested by dealer!! Few days later they called to say that they had found something seriously wrong with car and wer'nt prepared to sell it to me and would give my money back!! Ok fine asked for it back asap as i have no other money and i need to look for another car!!! Nothing happened!! So called them to say i really need money asap and i get "well you do realise it can take up to 30 days to refund you!!
Anyway fast forward now 3 weeks and still no refund!! I've rang, emailed etc!! Always an excuse!!
I've now been out of work for 3 weeks!! And im a district nurse!! I have a life limited child that needs regular hospital appointments and i cant get him there.
So all in all not good at all!! Only tool me 5 mins to send over money for car so i dont understand why its taking so long to give it back.
AVOID THIS CAR DEALER - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
Title: Avoid this dealer – unresolved faults, broken promises, and misleading trade‑in practices
I purchased a Skoda Yeti from Yes Car / Caralto Ltd, and the experience has been shocking. The media system was not working from day one, and my partner even drove all the way back to their Blackburn site to show them the fault in person. Their staff confirmed the issue and promised to replace the unit.
That was six weeks ago, and nothing has been done.
We have had nothing but excuses. First, “we’re sorting it”, then suddenly a new manager who “knew nothing about it”. Since then, communication has been almost non‑existent and the issue remains unresolved.
To make matters worse, they gave us a trade‑in value of only £200 for our Fiat 500, claiming that was its true worth. We have now seen the exact same car advertised online for £2,500. That says everything about how they operate.
The lack of honesty, the broken promises, and the refusal to take responsibility make this dealer one to avoid. Based on my experience, I strongly advise not purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. Their after‑sales service and trade‑in practices have been unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable.
Stay well away from this bunch of…lying cowboys
Stay well away from this bunch of cowboys !! Put deposit down with promise they would purchase my more expensive bigger car and pay difference from car i wanted .Paperwork says non refundable deposit fair enough until they withdrew from purchase of my car breaking the contract we had but still refuse to refund my £250 deposit !! Admitted they use bank transfers so customers cant get money returned for bank tranfer as it can using a credit or debit card .I made it clear I only paid deposit as they were purchasing my car lied through their teeth saying no agreement had been made then said agreement was void .If you want a car avoid these cowboys at all costs
Stay away from them scammers and liars
My experience with this dealership has been very disappointing. At the beginning, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I paid my deposit on 25/02/2026. However, things changed completely after I decided not to go ahead with the purchase on 06/03/2026 and did not go to view the car.
Since then, getting my deposit back has been extremely difficult. I have been given different excuses each time I contact them, and the information keeps changing. It feels very misleading and unprofessional, and the delays have been ongoing for weeks now.
What’s most frustrating is that this behaviour seems to come from both the sales team and management. Instead of dealing with the situation honestly and efficiently, they have made it stressful and unnecessarily complicated.
The first person I dealt with was a man named Paul then passed me on to another called Lewis because he was taking few days off, my advice is don’t trust anyone from this car dealership, and every time I call is an excuse which business in this 20th century do you know have an account department but can only communicate with them only on email no phone number that alone is a lie that shows you they are lying would recommend people to stay away from them scammers and would follow up tru with the law and report them to the right authorities . Because they keep saying is a waiting game for my refund because they don’t know when the account department will paid what a load of rubbish. But I have all my evidence communicating with them
Cowboys, avoid!
To say I am appalled would be an understatement. My mum purchased a car through Yes! a few months ago, initially, they seemed great. Very open and honest about car issues, promised to rectify, and did so in a timely manner. However, a few weeks after receiving the car, there was an issue and Yes! had the vehicle back to change the clutch. Then, a few weeks after this, there was an issue with the wheel bearing. My mum and I both tried to call Yes! multiple times to explain we had it on good authority from a reputable mechanic the reason for this issue was because the clutch was changed. After hundreds of missed calls, Yes! eventually responded to my mum via message and despite her explanation, said that wheel bearings were not covered under warranty. Today, I am in tears to hear from a garage that not only was our information regarding the clutch/wheel bearing absolutely correct, but the fixes that Yes! told us were done after initial purchase were a botched job. Brake discs hadn’t been replaced, just pads, exhaust issue wasn’t rectified, just positioned so far forward that whilst quieter, was dangerous. Would you put your mother in a death trap? Absolute scum bag cowboys. I’ve tried to call Yes! multiple times over the past two days from multiple lines, but can’t get through. Horrific experience, would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and safe vehicle. Before anyone responds to this review claiming this is false, or I haven’t been in touch (like they have to other negative reviews), think again. I have images of the botched car, call logs of hundreds of calls that have been ignored, and proof that you claimed brake discs AND pads were replaced.
Made really easy
Made really easy, reserved the car online. Traveled down and the car was ready, great to take it for a test drive on my own. Very happy with the whole experience.
BMW 330e 2018

I will never give up still searching for the fix !!! AA approved well guys don't trust this sticker on the window :) !!! not cool at all !!! the most frustrating thing is that they knew the car is not oke ! and they said on the phone that its probably something small ;) ! i couldn't hold it in anymore ! i feel scammed ! its unfair ! i paid and still pay for this car I didn't steal the money I worked hard for it !
Great customer service
We bought a lovely BMW for my daughter and it was delivered to us as bought online.
The car was immaculate for its age and well presented.
We dealt with Tom who made everything very simple and a pleasure to do business with.
Would buy again from here.
Best car buying experience I've ever had!
An amazing, friendly and professional service from start to finish. I bought a car remotely, part exchanging mine. I live a looooong way away - in the outer hebrides - so was unable to go in person, but Tom provided a speedy, trouble free service and arranged delivery nearby. He even face-timed me to show me round the vehicle, and dealt with the part exchange with emailed photos. Can't recommend them too highly - so happy with my new car and the service I received, thank you!
I’ll definitely shop with them again!
I purchased a BMW M4 from Tom at Yes! Car. I couldn't recommend them anymore! Purchase process was simple and smooth getting approved on finance with money getting paid out within a couple of hours. After collection of my beautiful brand new second hand car, it unfortunately developed some issues. Everyone’s worse nightmare when buying a used car, but I got in contact with Tom which with no questions asked got a garage to fix the issues and even provide me with a courtesy car so it didn’t affect me as much. I’ve purchased plenty of used cars throughout the years from various garages around the UK, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Even down to customer aftercare which is hard to come by. Who knows if I get bored of this car within the next year (as I usually do) I’ll definitely shop with them again!
A good experience at yes car
I viewed yes car on Facebook and they had a car I was interested in , I got in touch with Tom and arranged a test drive .I ended up test driving a couple of cars and nothing was too much trouble for Tom and his team . Both the cars that I drove were very well presented and I ended up buying one of them and am very pleased with the car and the service
Excellent service
Very friendly staff and helpful, the whole transaction was made very easy and quick , and we are very pleased with the car that we purchased
Fantastic team of people who are always…
Fantastic team of people who are always there to help.
Top service from start to finish.
5 star all day long
Tom definitely knows his stuff
Tom definitely knows his stuff and wasn't pushy at all. He answered all my questions and helped me find my perfect car. The whole process was laid-back and stress-free.
I was trading in my old car however the boot was broken, so the trade in value was less. Tom fixed it for me for free so I'd get the best rate possible. Top lad.
I seriously recommend Yes Car to anyone. This guy is legit and knows how to take care of his customers. Five stars, no doubt!
Now my family's go to garage! 5*
As a woman I always worry about going to a garage because I have been ripped off in the past.
I was recommended by a few collegues and I have used YC three times now. They have treated me professionally, respectfully, they are affordable and I have never had hidden charges or problems with any of the work they have done for me.
I will use again and I always recommend them!
Straightforward!!
Straightforward!!
saw the car I wanted online so I made a call to Yes Cars Ltd. I spoke to Tom who answered all my questions immediately and set up a viewing for me. Upon arrival for viewing Tom was a pleasure to deal with no pushy sales, but very professional my car was exactly as described a deal done there and then whilst completing my paperwork the vehicle was serviced ready for me to drive away. Will definitely be back for my next one 👍🏼
5* Service 🌟
Friendly staff, high quality cars and a very smooth experience purchasing my car.
Definitely recommend!
Bought an Audi A3 from YES car
Bought an Audi A3 from YES car, car was immaculate inside and out and exactly as website had described, very quick, easy and efficient to deal with and they even delivered my car to my house free of charge. However after a couple of weeks the paint started to peel of the alloys, i'd wrongly assumed that they were the original colour but they'd been dressed and the colour changed, i took it back and they agreed to repair them, however i can only assume they just touched them up, as the paint started to peel off again a few weeks later, i've now had to take them and get them powder coated. The air conditioning gas was also empty, something that should have been checked prior to sale, and the back parcel shelf was missing, partly my fault as i should of noticed, all in all what started positively ended disappointingly, so i can't unfortunately recommend and i wont be returning when time to update my car.
