I ordered a product and now.They say they cannot find my order.Even though they have taken payment from my credit card and they have told me they will not refund any money. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company.Hopefully that will get resolved. They are definitely not veteran owned. The company is a bunch of crap.

I ordered a cap that was supposed to be made by veterans in USA. In the picture it looked awesome but the product I received looks like it came with the happy meal in McDonald. It’s unwearable and looks like shit!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. False advertising, products NOT as described. They advertised on their website, and I quote, "a handmade leather vintage baseball cap". The picture matched that description, but what I received was a printed plastic-like cap, not leather, not vintage. Absolutely nothing like the photo. I emailed them and they wanted to offer me 10% of my purchase as a refund. NOPE!! I told them I would dispute it with my credit card, which I did, and I received a full credit. Absolutely the worst company. DO NOT order from them.

So. They advertise with words describing the hat as a handmade leather hat with riveting and embroidered lettering.
In all actuality what you get is a basic cotton ball cap with a logo glued onto it.
Their customer support is a bit so you can’t get anywhere.
Won’t buy from them ever again.

If only I could give a negative star. I ordered a cap from this supplier, not only was the delivery very slow the cap arrived in a plastic bag consequently it was crushed plus the quality was very poor. Upon contacting the supplier I was offered 10% compensation which is a joke. Do not buy from this lot

I ordered 2 hats & only recieved 1. Wasn't even style i orderd. Tried contacting customer service & it won't go 2 page so u can turn n problem. If u can't contact them u can't get it fixed. I'm disappointed since its supposed 2 b vetern made.

Ordered 2 lighters, they took a long time to come wven after paying for express shipping. Items were as advertised but one was broken in transit. The customer service was really helpfull in supplying a replacement but also took a long time to come.

Followed an ad from Facebook, referring to an Old F"LI"ckers vintage baseball cap.

1. Advertised "Heavy 3D Embroidery Patch w. raised texture"...cheap print of patch, no embroidery
2. Advertised "Breathable Metal Eyelets w/ ventilation holes" ...cheap print of eyelets, no holes
3. Advertised "Metal Rivets for old Industrial look" ...cheap print of rivets
4. Advertised as "Handmade by Veterans in the USA" ...absolute cheap shit, shipped from China
5. Several references to "Quality", "Customer Service", "Money Back Guarantee", "100% Risk Free Purchase"...all you'l get by email is an AI bot not achieving anything.
You CANNOT talk to a human.
If you persist in buying, use Paypal. At least you can get your money back.

I received my order but the product was not as advertised. The challenge coin is metal but has a sticker on it. Said it was a veteran owned company (and it may be, but not a US veteran) but came from China Don't buy from this company if you want a quality US made product.

I ordered what appeared to be a leather or pleather 250 year anniversary hat for $26 & change on December 27, 2025. This piece of shit showd up today with the cheap ass packaging already torn open! Doesn't look ANYTHING like what they advertised! This company needs to be band from selling products in the US! This craps not even made here! Placed my order in mid December 2025. It's now late January 2026. Haven't seen my order yet! Contacting this company is next to impossible. Definitely would not purchase from this company

For onw you made it sound like it's made in the USA second let me show you the Junk you sold us ..you see our country sells what is top quality not a sew on patch...every single thing is PAINTED on this hat even the thread is painted on. It won't let me post pictures of them so you could see for yourself.

Bitter old puckers club leather hat with metal eyelets. I received a black denim hat with holes for eyelets. It's not a bad hat, but certainly not what I ordered. It's nothing i couldn't have ordered off Amazon for half the price

Omg where to start, the product is not even close to being what is advertised. The eyelets on the old fu**ers club aren't even real or rivets. You can see where the material was cut all crooked inside the rim. They charged me 34$ CAD and offering 10% compensation now up to 20% with is $6. Trying to send this shit back to Guangdong China is costing $126 imagine being forced to accept compensation of 20% only to throw out the shitty product 🙄

Scam.Product shipped is rubbish and nowhere near the product fotos in the sales ad.
Do not trust this fraudulent business and give them your money.

Everything on their website is bullshit. It's all very very cheap chinese made rubbish. Not made in the USA. Do not buy anything from this company.

They hit my credit card 3 times with bogus charges.
Tried contacting them to get some answers but never got any response. Tried reporting the ads to Facebook and they didn’t do a thing about it. Learned something from this one. Don’t trust anything before researching.

They say they're a veteran store, they also claim made in the USA when they're shipping from China. I've placed an order on 12-22-25 before finding all this out, today is 1-10-26 I've still not received a confirmation number etc. I had to send a threatening email just for them to tell me they think I should be receiving my items soon, which still doesn't give me a tracking number or an eta of delivery. Save yourself the heart ache don't order from them

I ordered and paid for a hat and never received it.

I bought three coins. The website shows some nice coins, like the design was stamped into to coin. NOPE. It is literally just a coin with a sticker on it. Absolute joke. I do not recommend buying anything from this place.
