I really love them but one of them has a yeoreo mark on the back and that started to go off after 2 washing so the quality isn’t the best but for the price I’m not complaining.

Do not order from this brand!! The quality is so bad, the size doesn't fit and even the colors look different in real life. I have been trying to reach the customer service, but I got a replay that the ENTIRE team is on annual leave?!

It is hard to do business with a company that only responds via email. Then they reply saying they are on holiday? DO NOT RECOMMEND the sizable is much smaller than normal and you will have to pay to ship back!!! the customer service is HORRENDOUS

🇬🇧Thieves!! Don’t waste your money! I was supposed to receive a package with two pairs of pants that never arrived. When I checked the tracking on their website, it kept saying the package was still on its way. Now that two months have passed and I haven’t received anything, they refuse to give me a refund because they claim the package was delivered, even though I have proof showing it was still marked as in transit. thieves!

They are a lovely thick quality and so well-made - I must have about 20 pairs of their leggings and flares!
I trained 20 hours per week so put these leggings through their paces, and they wear and wash so well!
Plus, they are an absolute bargain!

When I had a package going missing in transit, their customer services were amazing They sent a replacement out straight away. - which I received
This is only ever happened once though, and it was over Christmas.

I ordered the Leggings following their size chart. The length is perfect, but the leggings have a serious design flaw - the front seam is too short, causing uncomfortable bunching and fabric gathering between legs (camel toe effect) when standing. This makes them completely unwearable.
When I contacted customer service requesting help to exchange for a different size or a refund, they:

1. Blamed “different body shapes” instead of acknowledging the design issue
2. Refused to cover return shipping costs despite this being a product defect
3. Offered only a €10 discount code to keep unwearable leggings

Would not recommend. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their products.

I ordered one pair of their wide leg leggins. First impressions: color is nice like in the picture, material feels good, and they make my butt look really nice. Plus points for the short ladies - you can choose the lenght of the leggins, im 160cm and took the shortest option and fits really good.
However, the logo is missing, details are little bit different and the material is much thinner than i imagined - about shein style…
I would probably order them again, something about 30€ is not too much in my opinion - but that is probably only cuz im petite and it is more difficult to find any kind of pants with the right lenght for me…

Scammers. Paid for items, never arrived, sent numerous emails and got no response. Stay away from these people.

I received the items but they weren’t right so I wanted to return them.
They’ve sent me an address in the UK to return them to which I did. I’ve now received a message from the postal company saying the receiver is no longer at that address?
They helped me via social media and refunded me.

The product did not meet expectations. The fabric is thin and appears to be low quality and it also came scratched ,I ordered length 33 based on my height (1.70 m), however the trousers are significantly shorter than expected, fits regular not tall at all , There is no size or length information indicated on the label, making it unclear whether the correct sizing was sent or if this is standard for size 33. Overall, I am disappointed with both the quality and the fit and would not repurchase. Not recommended for tall, slim individuals.

Don’t by from this company. They promise that you can return the items, but it’s impossible to get in contact with them. They ignore all requests for return.

Shit china stuffs, with normal Europe prices. Terrible delivery policy. Stay away from this website

I will never buy from this store again. I ordered wide-leg pants and shorts for about $100 NZD, both in size M. The quality is very poor for the price, and the sizing is completely wrong — their M fits like a NZ size 6 or a small 8, so nothing fits me.

The biggest issue is returns. The store claims to be Australian, but the items actually ship from China, and sending them back with tracking costs $88 NZD, which makes a refund pointless. The products also arrived without branding or tags, even though the website photos show branded items.

I do not recommend this store at all.

It’s not clear that products are being shipped from USA. Therefore returning a product is at own cost and exceeding the price of the product itself. Yeoreo does not want to help what so ever. Quality of the products also bad. So don’t buy here. There are allot of other Europeans brand that are way better

This brands quality is amazing however I’ve been trying to return 2 tops for the past few weeks but customer service don’t respond! Beware of this brand before buying as if you’re not happy with your purchase you will have NO OPTION but to keep it and waste your money. I’m posting this on every picture on their socials as they are not responding but can post on their page every day. Serious SCAM.

Avoid to buy from here, there is no one to reply your email for return. They just think they can get away with it because it will be your own lost. I rather to buy from other platforms. Please please avoid this brand!
