IF I had read the reviews, I never would have ordered. But thankfully, my dress was super cute, arrived timely and was true to size. It is not high quality stuff, just instant gratification cuteness... of course, we usually get what we pay for, so my expectations were met.

Yellow Pepper have seemingly had me locked out from my Facebook account after i expressed in no uncertain terms on Facebook my disappointed at the product they sent! The item in no way (except colour) resembled the advertised product! Although they have said they would replace the item with another (not the one originally ordered & i need pay postage) nothing had happened! So disappointed & disillusioned with Yellow Pepper & Facebook!

I ordered 2 dresses - $70AUD - when the dresses arrived, they are NOTHING like the pictures - the material is so thin & nasty, has the weirdest smell and does not fit correctly. One of the "dresses" I bought is the length of a tunic/regular shirt! There is no return mechanism & I've left 2 terrible reviews on their website which conveniently has not published the negative reviews. TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TOTAL RIP-OFF. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars...I usually don't leave reviews, but I don't want anybody else to have the experience I had with yellow peppers. I ordered a shirt, a sweatshirt, and a cardigan back in September and only received the shirt. I emailed their customer service department back in November to let them know we would be moving from Germany to the states and I now needed to have the package shipped stateside. They said they had to reship it, and now it's January, and I still haven't received the sweatshirt and cardigan. The shirt that I received was this weird cheap silky type material and was nothing like the pictures on their website. It was horrible!

What I received is not what was expected...material different, poor stitching, not finished off and more importantly not the right size...does not fit.. tag was cut off so can't confirm what was sent and no paperwork received... after repeated emails only response is refer to our returns policy...which states you need to pay for return at your cost have all paperwork etc... so disappointing never will I buy from yellow peppers again!! Scam...

DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT order from this company. They falsely advertise cheaply made clothing! I am 99.9% sure their clothes are made of the same material as Barbie clothes. They advertise as though everything is 50% off...when in actuality it is their gimmick, because clothes on sale are non refundable. So then when you receive said crappy clothes...there is nothing you can do about it. They do not specify their location...but when you receive the shipping details a full week after you place the order..you will find they are coming from China. This is important to note, because if you luck out...and they accept 1 returned item...then you are responsible for shipping it back to the location it came from. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP....YOU WILL REGRET IT!

SCAM!!! pictures are stolen from other models or clothing company. I was sent a colored plastic bag. And the customer service is nonexistent - because they are a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY - SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Do not order from this company!!! It’s very poor quality and the sizing is completely wrong! They’re not willing to make their wrongs right for you and it ends up being a complete waste of your money!!! So disappointed!!! There’s a reason why you can’t review the company anywhere on social media because they would have terrible reviews!!! This company should be shut down ASAP and this should be illegal to steal people’s money!

I purchased a blouse and received the wrong blouse. They offered to send me something else but I would have to pay for shipping. I told them I wanted a refund or atleast the shirt I ordered so they sent me a link to their return policy. I sent several emails back after that and they never responded back. Do not order unless you want crap.

Do NOT buy clothing from this company, one star is actually giving them credit! The clothing is such poor quality and looks nothing like what is advertised on the website. It was cheap and tacky. Plus the sizing is wrong.

They are terrible to deal with. I wrote countless emails to them regarding a refund, several of which they never responded to.

It was the biggest waste of money.

Received my item (a dress) after 1 month. The dress is literally a rectangular cut out of cheap, sheer cloth. The top part is white and came with several green stains, as if someone where rolling in grass. Will definitely not order from yellow peppers again.

Awful in every way! Lost a lot of money to this company! It's a scam...clothes are awful and there's no way to return even if they are sent to you in a dirty, used condition! This company needs closing down!

The quality of the dress I got was absolute crap and looks nothing like the photo. The bottom seam of the dress, which was $30 USD is not even finished!!! I should have read about this company before purchasing. They should be ashamed of products they sell. Absolutely do not shop with this company. I wish there were zero stars. It takes two months to receive your items only to find out they are extremely bad quality. I can only compare them to table cloths stitched together. The patterns are off centered it is nothing like they advertise on their website. They give you 15 days to return your items but they wait three days to respond to your email which only says read our return policy. All of their items are always "on sale" and you are not able to return anything that is on sale. I tried to comment on their Facebook page and they immediately delete your comments if I It is negative. NEVER purchase from this site, complete rip off.

I bought a dress from Yellow Pepper. Looked nothing like the photo. It was a screen print of the pattern. Horrible customer service, since it was sale item no returns allowed. And surprisingly most items are ON SALE so no returns ever. Pay your money!

CAUTION: The clothes are coming from China. They are made cheap and the materials aren’t worth even the sale price. They are see through, too short, and fit AWFUL! They only return non-sale items; so you’re stuck! They are getting a two because the service representative is responsive and has agreed to refund one item $22 (rolling my eyes). Should have reviewed prior too!!!!!!!!

It has been over two months & I have not yet received my order. When I attempted to contact them, no one replied back. DO NOT shop with them.

I have emailed their "support" address several times about an exchange. No response. The website says if you have the item for 15 days no returns exchanges. That date has come and gone. I'll never order again.

I wish there were less than zero stars available. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! The dress is less than quality. I would say it’s the quality of a bad Halloween costume purchased in a discount store. My kids laughed and said the dress looked like a bad hospital gown. I used PayPal. Filed a dispute, then a claim. All I want is to be able to return it for a refund. YP said they would refund me $6 of the $27 I paid. Which is probably twice the actual value of the dress which I estimate at about $3.
