Horrible experience

Yellow pages online is a complete scam, I signed up 6 months ago and got 0 calls and 0 leads… 85 a month for nothing! They never return my calls!!
They lied about everything including working with Google! Avoid at all costs!
I have yet to talk to somebody that had success with Yellow pages, this will be going on for years now with other people… I wish I read the reviews before I signed up six months ago!!

Absolute terrible service. Got 0 calls, they lock you in for months and then make it very hard to cancel in fact they kept on charging my credit card even after I cancelled. Avoid this company at all costs.

BIGGEST SCAM!! Stay away!! I cannot believe that a large company like this one turns out to be a complete scam. They built my website (which was poorly made and does not meet Google standards at all) for around $2,000, and then I had to pay about $76 every month. At the beginning, I was told I could cancel at any time after one year. After the first year, I requested to cancel, but they told me the contract had been renewed and that I needed to cancel 45 days before the renewal date. Since I missed the deadline, they are now saying I have to pay for three more months.

This is ridiculous because the person I spoke to on the phone said that if I chose a new package, they could cancel the first contract immediately.

This company service is not effective, contratcs renew with no approval, prices rises with no warnings, tied up 1 year contract, customer services not accessible, lies, lies and lies.
Please also provide a review at their google maps page so that we all can inform others about their lies.

Terrible service. They assigned a sales manager that does not return calls, and charged my credit card for $1880 without my authorization, and without providing any reason why.
In order to get an answer to why, I had to be on the phone, and on hold for HOURS and HOURS. NO DONT interact with this company.

I believed their salesman,who promised up to 40(!) clients a month,and what did I get after a year with their subscription? 0 clicks! Zero

BIG SCAM!
They promise to promote your business website to get more organic traffic and help you with recommendations for social media marketing.

They'll follow up like every other sales person but once they get you sign up, no more communication. You're the one who'd be calling to ask for information with no practical information.

I signed up with them but 2 months pass by with no positive result. I followed up and they said to wait as its organic search.

6 months pass by and I get 2 clicks after paying more than $300.

And when I call to cancel they said I have to pay for the rest 6 months no matter what.

But this was something I was not told at the time of signing up. I literally asked the rep while signing up that if I can cancel it any time she said yes and now they want me to pay it for nothing.

I tried calling them to cancel but they are asking me to pay for it.

Be very careful before you start working with them. I got on a subscription, and after 4 months, I got 0 results at all. I ended up having to close my business, and they are making me pay for the remaining 12 months even though I have closed the business down. I do marketing myself and could tell they didn't know what they were talking about but wanted to give them a shot because I was short on time and that was a huge mistake. I wouldn't use them ever again. Terrible experience.

this is the biggest scam we have ever been roped into. do NOT waste your money on these filthy scammers. you will get no leads nor will you even get a listing from them!

They have excellent targeted advertising!! The auto renew is a little annoying but as long as you don't forget they do a good job!

Business owners stay away from YP. Do not waste your hard earned money on signing up for one of their promotion services, you will end up in an year long contract with ZERO leads , there is no way out of the contract

I wish I could give 0 star. Don't get into their scam with "your ads will be managed by AI".
You can't cancel the plan for 1 year even though you will never see your ads on Google, Bing, and yellow pages.
I have talked this issue with other business owners and their experience with Yellow page are exactly.
Their support team is non existence. Once you sign the contract, the sales man is unreachable.
I called support to reach out to the salesman, they told that he left the company. Few months later I called again and asked for the same sales man as I don't trust, the salesman picked up the phone and said he never left the company. This is ridiculous. I told him my ad is not showing up, he transferred to support team. The guy said it's because I'm paying too low. Then, why did I even sign up at the first place? I get more than 50k with the same amount if I setup the ads on Meta.

If you are a company concerned about your negative reviews on YellowPages, just ask them, pay them, and they will delete the reviews and even remove complete user profiles. Greedy!

This company is very disappointing. Like all the other responses it is a combination of "terms & conditions", auto renewal, billing along with just a poor products especially for the region our business serves. I hate to knock a business as I know how tough it can be, but they have zero give/take common sense and I have tried to come to common ground with them but they are just aweful. Most expensive advertising with the least gain. Saddest part is if you look at the Linkedin profiles for employees I've dealt with, they brag themselves up for getting people to sign and extended their crappy contracts. Please don't sign up with these guys.

this is hands down the worst company I have ever had manage my business page, they will lie through there teeth to get you to sign up then when they don't fulfill there contract threaten class action lawsuit if you stop paying , even though they didn't follow through.

The most fraud company with the worst customer service.they do nothing but charge you for doing nothing at all. MFs. Fraud company

This company has completely gone sideways. I agreed to a year with them for website seo services. They now want to charge for 1.5 years. I requested to cancel and they continued with non stop sales pitches while ignoring my request. I would never deal with them again. Anyone can deal with Google or Facebook. My advice is stay away.

Greedy PIGS! They’re the worst and most outdated company you can come across. If you’re a business owner stay clear of these greedy pigs because they’ll harass you nonstop to buy their scammy digital marketing packages with exorbant prices. Don’t fall for it! They’re a dying company and should be dead soon enough.
