Late arrival of damaged photo and difficult to contact customer service

the picture arrived 2 weeks late and it was damaged. I could not contact yellowkorner via the website. I tried from multiple devices for over 15 times and the Captcha verification did not work, I kept getting error messages. I ended up calling the Montparnasse gallery, they gave me their email and then someone from Yellow Korner customer services finally wrote me. I have not had any news on what they plan to do to replace the damaged photograph.

Fantastic print quality - titles missing

Fantastic print quality, professional setup and delivery. The picture title however, written with a pencil directly under the photo - is missing.
Other Yellow Korner pictures in my collection have these titles featured in the Passepartout - these ones don't.
So there is a mismatch in my collection now.
