The products are superior. The support team is just very helpful and attentive. I'm just hoping that Yellow Images included a video on how to bring out the best in their products. That's all from me. Thank you Yellow Images.

I have bought more than 21 mockups and they are appealing and have high resolution but there are many bugs in the mockups and they took more than 4 days to answer your single question about mockup. But Unforunately they respond you with lame excuses about asked question and a ticket is opened more than 21 days and still not resolved. All mockups have issues when design applied. Even they haven't mentioned in the mockups what customization would be there and if you ask that this feature is no there they simply responded that this is your customization request. I usually talked with Kate (a member of support) and took alook of days to respond. If you have too much free time and want to just put that some where go with YELLOW IMAGES. VERY DISAPPOINMENT! When you ask for refund they will respond you that there is no refund for digital products even that is buggy! WOW

Yellow Images are great! I've used them several times but not as much as I would want to. I think they need to introduce a student discount scheme that doesn't involve any subscription, then I would give 5 stars.

I just left a really long review and deleted it for being to long and then another and it ended up being longer I dont think I could type enough about how impressed I am and I'll leave it there but I'll add that if this isnt done by everyone in the image related market and every other one that relates to this ( I assume everyone is using the 360 image and I'm getting laughed at here for only now finding this) but if somehow this hasnt caught on, I would put my money on this being the future of image searches online and replace the way everything is done . I'm thinking the jetsons hologram possibilities kind of awesome. The gif and jpeg and png and every other term used for images are going to be replaced. I dont know what this site does or sells or even what the market is thats targeted, you could be selling cheeseburgers for all I kmow but I search for random images a lot and sonehow end up here and hours of searching is instantly replaced with me spending more time playing with images here and the possibilities just leave me imagining how easy it would be to take maybe ten images here and make a full blown movie and then think I dont need ten I could replace an actor with two of these easily maybe three id need one sitting in a chair I suppose but again I'm going on and I'm cutting myself off without even saying my point. But if this isnt popular in the world now, think bigger because the possibilities and uses are in every genre of everything and no one has figured it out. It cant be that overlooked it can't be. So more to say I wont. Sorry if this makes no sense if I dont send I'll keep typing but thank you whoever the team or individuals behind this are

The best mockups in the market.

I needed different files than those normally provided and also had problems with undelivered emails. The entire customer support team was very accommodating and I got all the files without having to pay more.
Very good work and highly recommended!

This company fraudulently has used my credit card and kept debiting funds until my money ran out. I emailed them and got told "Don't stress - we will sort it out" and then nothing. Nada. Zip.
Have reported them to the police but as I am in Australia I have no idea what can be done. BUT AVOID.

In reply to your response - I was only refunded after taking it to social media. Still not refund of bank fees or compensation for having my bank account completely drained for several weeks. NOT OK

I have bought several pieces from ReAffirm Studios, can recommend that company at yellow images and i'm always just as happy.

High quality and has really made me more customers, everyone are extremely satisfied and impressed by my presentations now. Made it easier to present and sell branding material to clients.

This company is frankly appalling!
I asked before purchasing if the vehicle Mockup I intended to use was compatible with ALL versions of Adobe Photoshop, and I was told that it was.
Upon opening this (after purchase) in Photoshop CS2, I saw that it was not compatible, despite being told otherwise - this was £25 ($29.99) that I had wasted, and, intending to get a refund, or at least a way to make it work, I emailed customer service.
They said, "we are very sorry. It is not compatible with your version of photoshop."
This is the complete OPPOSITE of what I had just been told. No attempt to give me a refund was made, and I believe that you should never deal with this company as they lie to customers and ignore your complaints.
