Great customer service

I can’t recommend Yellowcom highly enough. I’ve been really impressed with the service and support they provide, and whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve always been quick, friendly and professional.
I’ve only had a couple of major issues over time, such as having to relocate equipment etc as result of an accident. On each occasion, I contacted Ross Clarke and he was straight on the phone to talk me through everything and get it sorted.
Ross has always been incredibly helpful, patient and efficient, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service and making sure everything is working as it should.
The whole experience with Yellowcom has been excellent, and the level of customer service is a big reason I would happily recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for a company that provides a great service and actually looks after its customers, Yellowcom are definitely worth considering.

We had some broadband issues, I had to call customer service twice, on both occasions the I was met with a polite and helpful person. They called back to keep me in the loop about what was happening and sent an engineer out in a timely way. The engineer came out and he was super helpful and polite, giving us some advice on other services as well as fixing the broadband. Very happy with the service.

Can't complain about Yellowcom, or more specifically Ross (Clarke) - always so friendly and helpful.
On the rare occasions I have any issues, he is on the ball straight away to help out.

Fionnan is great and always very helpful. Any issues or enquiries I have, he listens and helps get them resolved. It's good to have a person to speak to either via email or at the end of the phone.
