Most stressful customer service to deal…
Most stressful customer service to deal with.
Almost 4 weeks later and they still haven't helped me.
I have asked a number of times to make a official complaint and they give you the run around and then tell you, you can place the complaint with them.
I am being charged for parking in Amsterdam for several hours, when I was not there. Instead of looking at my history and what kind of customer I am, they are asking me to prove I am was not there. I understand, there are people that are scammers out there but you can see from my sessions, I always pay and always parking in this area for a short period, 30 mins. I go there to the dog groomer, every 9/10 weeks. Instead of helping me out, they just add stress with their lack of customer service and will to help. First my issue is handled by Emmie who insists I talk to Gemeeta Amsterdam, then I am passed on to someone called Jamie, who equally is not willing to help.
I have decided, I do not have the energy to waste on such a company. I have been a member for over 6 years but that seems to have no impact on how they will help you. If you use them, keep in mind, something like this can happen to you ( I hope not because it is stressful and tiring) they will no help you or care that you have been a customer for so many years
Stay away from yellowbrick
A bugged app made me pay for the whole day instead of the two hours that i was parked there. Then after refusing to pay for the bill they decided to increase the bill from 27 to 67 euros and to go trough a incasso agency. This all ontop of their prices being higher than general parking trough the municipality.
No contact whatsoever possible!
I have a question about my bills, because since three months I'm invoiced for three subscriptions, instead of one! No reaction on my mail (telephone is impossible) and after three weeks I decided to transfer the amount for the llast paid invoice back on my account. Then ... first my account to blocked, even before they send me a first reminder.
I mailed again, to explain why I transferred the money back and still no reaction. Now I see they send me the next invoice, which I will not pay until they react.
Everything is automated and there is no way to contact them.
I guess I have to o to another provider.
Customer service is zero
Customer service is zero. Their chat bot doesn’t have a clue; they don’t answer their telephone (0900 nr), and they don’t reply to emails. Shocking how they run their business
I reported a storing online and when I…
I reported a storing online and when I received my bill they did not credit me. It’s impossible to contact them, their website is a maze of questions and links. When I tried to call I was on hold for over 30 minutes. If they would have credited for the storing when I reported it then I wouldn’t have to waste my time calling or leaving a review. Do your job. It has been almost 30 days and the representative told me that because everyone was on vacation they haven’t processed my storing complaint. He has does not know when they will process it, because those people are not in the office.
They take no responsibility on…
They take no responsibility on incorrect charging. I left the close garage but applications shows differently (extra 6 hours although i left the garage) they are not replying my emails and just sending payment reminders.
This company is complete fraud
This company is complete fraud. Their support team is not fixing the issues. They had closed and deleted my account since Nov. They confirmed they have removed my details including which includes my Bank account details as well but they havent.. so they are to date sending me invoices and automatically deducting the amount directly from my account. I have contacted their support multiple times but they do not correct it. Even after incorrectly deducting on 2nd Jan, they have yet again send me a notice that I have not paid an invoice and I will have to pay 40 euro fine... Its unbelievable and fraudulent.. Can someone tell me if there is any way to stip this?

Directly shuts down your account
Directly shuts down your account, 3 minutes after the first payment reminder. Directy paid the bill, but it still took them two days to lift the blockade. Just awful. This has happened several times already. Also side note, very expensive to use their services. Looking for another company with actual humanity. Cheers

Annoying emails!
I started getting emails with invoices from Yellowbrick in July and immediately cancelled my account. I used this service ONCE many years ago and now I'm receiving multiple emails. This company is worthless and they continue to send me emails charging & threatening me with legal action when I no longer have an account and will NEVER use their services again.
Yellowbrick are thieves
Yellowbrick. They added a reply to my review like they were going to do something about it. Just to let you know, THEY DID NOTHING.

Yellowbrick, horrible company 0 stars
April 2024: reminders keep coming. Best way is to block this bad company from your bank account. Won’t be long before we will hear that this company is quitting its business.
March 2024: "Park, Click, Yellowbrick! Easy and fast mobile parking throughout the Netherlands." Until you canceled more than 2 years ago. The direct debits keep coming in, I email/phone again (4x), Yellowbrick says again 'your account has long been deleted, there is no subscription or invoices'. Why am I still receiving direct debits? I have already multiple 'We are sorry....will never happen again'. This 'will never happen', did happen again today received another direct debit.....". This is not a serious or professional company. Their promise is completely worthless!

Yellow Birck is a nightmare company
Yellow Birck is a nightmare company. No customer service, and stealing money every month without providing services.
Cancelled subscription still getting charged and fined !
I canceled my account and subscription months ago but am still getting sent invoices of about 0.80c. I just got sent a final warning for not paying the invoices, with a threat of a £40 fine and debt collectors! I don’t know why I need to pay for a service I am not using. I have tried to call Yellowbrick with no answer, emailed multiple times, and sent messages via the online chat but have not had any reply other than the automated invoice reminders. This company is a scam. Do not use their services.

What a dismal app
What a dismal app. It does not stop even if you tell it to stop. Huge fees & no customer service. Deleted the app after the first time I used it.

Faulty App
After upgrading the app I had precisely the same experience. I activated when I parked but was unable to stop it when I left. I was thus charged for a full day’s parking instead of 20 minutes. When I complained to Yellowbrick they refused my request for re-imbursement saying it was my fault because I didn’t stop the app. Never again will I use them. They’ve lost more than they gained.
Yellow-brick is making money by…
Yellow-brick is making money by providing an app with lots of bugs and malfunctioning!
Strongly recommend not to use the app.
They will just telling you “ we collect tax on behalf of municipality and don't take any responsibility.
No professional communication.
Careful
Careful, it doesn’t stop parking until you remember to stop it. Charges a fortune then threatens you. UX is abysmal.
This thing is a scam
Keeps charging you forever, there’s no way to set an end time.

I tried to register on the app to park…
I tried to register on the app to park in Amsterdam, near Leidseplein quickly. The app was buggy and didn't work, tried several different payment methods and finally it did accept my CC, even I wanted to do direct debit from ABN Amro bank. This happened on beginning of the June or July. Today (two months later) I receive a SMS from a collection agency that I need to pay 60 EUR.
Called the service center - I explained that I take responsibility for the missed payment if they will find the person who is responsible for the bug in the app that led to this fine (40 EUR). As the lady explained - there was sent out emails to me with warnings to make the payment (note that I tried to use the app once, they had my address, my phone number and they could send a push notification via phone to inform me that the payment was not collected). If I would pay attention to all the emails that request some payment - I would be on scammers favorite list. She said that they would not look into the issue that resulted in this situation and it is all my fault.
So welcome to the current day reality! You can make an app that is filled with bugs and not functioning properly - do not take any responsibility for that and then go after your customer via a collecting agency and tell your customer that it is his/her fault.
You will be notified about a case opening in the national or most likely European consumer protection agency soon!
I wish you never scam again your customers!
