Completely trash site. Made a couple deposits and have never hit a bonus game. Can’t make a ticket to support to cancel my account because it says my email does not exist. Do not recommend. They closed my account and stole my money from me. I have tried repeatedly to go through the proper channels to get my money that was left in my account when they closed it on me and they ignore me constantly. They used the excuse of player safety however that doesn't give them the right to withhold my money or access to it. They will not give me my money. You have not communicated with me at all. You continue to ignore me concerning my money that is in my Yay Casino account. You will not give it to me. Let me ask you if the shoe were on the other foot and it was you experiencing this and your money was stolen from you how would you feel. You even lied to the Better Business Bureau just like you're lying now. You continue to ignore me about my money that is in my account it belongs to me. You have no right to take some one's money like that. You're a shotty business and you closed my account because I complained about how your games were messing up. If I spent millions of dollars on your site then I would be a valued customer but because I spend small amounts of money you cut the loss right? You're illegally withholding my money that is in my Yay Casino account. Any lawyer would agree with me and you know it. Simply give me my money and I will leave you alone. There's several complaints about this same thing with multiple people. There's even law suits against you.
