we hadn't been to this restaurant for quite a while. Hadn't booked and were surprised able to get a table straight away. It was empty. Only a couple of other diners. Very polite service who tried hard but when a waiter brings your food to the table and takes it away because he can't put your plates on the dirty table ( same waiter who cleared the previous platesand left the mess there!) ...and you're sitting waiting it gives you time to wonder why on earth you have to ask for soy sauce...and also unbelievably why they give you such a tiny slither of ginger and pinch of wasabi. We found out at the end ...They charge for extra if you ask for more wasabi and ginger!? Not what you would expect from a restaurant like this. Food was ok , not exceptional. Shame
