Yatra.com is a fraud website, Stay away!!!
Yatra.com is a fraud website, I have booked bus tickets for my family and I , but due some other work I had to cancel my tickets, but I never received any refund, while a follow through with the customer service email(because they don't have any call centre) the first response was "your booking is confirmed" which was nothing close to the question I asked, and the next response to the second email I sent was , send the cancellation screenshot, which I never took, I request to everyone that never ever do any business with yatra.com full fraud company.

I have cancelled on 22 Jan around 13:30 which was well above the cancellation window displayed on your terms and conditions page.
