Do not trust yarro,no shipping scam!!

Do not trust yarro. These are no shipping scamming AI responding liars, I have order a set of poept count last year have emailed more then 40 times on a weekly basis and they are not effe making any improvements. Coming up with the same script of excuses effery time. Ther is no conversation that they effe succesfully shoot a order to Europe. DO NOT BUY ANITHING FROM THEM!

Gold pirate set

I ordered the gold pirate set super cool design. The coins have great weight to them. Great for any games that use dice. Definitely recommend!

Disgusting business practices.

Ordered the gamefold over a year ago. The tarriffs uncertainty provided them with a perfect smokescreen to fob off their customers. Of course you'd give them the grace of some delay caused by this, but then the tarriff delay was over...and the excuses thinned out... now they are silent on the matter after saying they've "fulfilled all US orders" (they havent as mine isn't, I may be UK but I have ordered it through the US.) and everyone elses is "on the way"
Absolute trash company that try to block you from getting a refund.
Keep in mind that you can make a chargeback through your bank account, as there is more than enough evidence out there that they are borderline fraudulent with their practices.

Still waiting...

What's to be said that hasn't already? Still waiting on my gaming table accessories after my order was placed in Jan 25, table arrived so "I guess that's cool?"... Lack of communication, no addressing the overwhelming amount of disappointed customers, and just down right being shady.

Awful company of liars , avoid at all costs

Awful seller. No contact, no refund, few opened projects without fulfillments. You ask them via mail and in spite of having 1-5 days for answer they make you wait 2 weeks on purpose, than you wait a bit more, and no resolve. In the end it looks like you are talking with a bot. My package is stuck for 3 months now: accessories for the table which I already know are underdeveloped, low quality s***. Don't ever buy from Yarro, people from this company are the worst type of frauds.

Preordered a gamefold table in February…

Preordered a gamefold table in February 2025 with an advertised delivery date of May 2025. The project continually got pushed back, but there were at least monthly updates up until the turn of the year. So far in 2026, there have been no updates & they have turned off all comments on their previous blog posts. I attempted to reach out to the company multiple times, only receiving “we’re still processing your order it's in a queue” after waiting over a year I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund which I got an email stating that my refund had been processed and to expect the money back into my account over the next 3-5 working days. I have yet to receive any refund. It has been double the time the funds were supposed to have entered my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Took over £400 and is just a complete scam.

This is a scam.

This is a scam.
5 months in the waiting and their website says 4-6 weeks.
Now I'm waiting on a refund which they can't seem to do either.

A year later, nothing received and NO personalized order updates

I ordered a table with accessories in March 2025; it has been a year, and not only have I never received my order, but I have also never received any real personalized updates regarding the situation. The company was posting monthly updates until December 2025; nothing since then. Just a lot of broken promises and reports of bad quality from folks "lucky" enough to receive their order.

Kickstarter Scammers

I backed Yarrow Studios' Diceomatic Dice project on Kickstarter a couple of years ago (launched in early 2024), and I'm still waiting with nothing to show for it. After over two years of delays, I finally received a tracking code in December 2025. It's now March 2026, and the package still hasn't arrived.

Looking through the comments section on the Kickstarter page, it seems no Canadian backers have received their product yet—multiple people from Canada are in the same boat, complaining about the same issues. They no longer respond to messages or comments, and when you email them directly to ask for an update, you just get an automated reply saying "your order will arrive soon."

This feels like a complete failure to deliver after taking people's money. Buyer beware—avoid anything from Yarrow Studios. If you're considering backing one of their projects or buying from their site, look elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed

I ordered a gaming table from Yarrostudio over a year ago and still haven’t received anything. Throughout the entire wait, the website updates were vague, unhelpful, and never actually explained what was going on.

Two weeks ago I contacted their support team to request a refund. They told me it would be processed within 2–3 business days, but nothing ever arrived. Since then, every message I’ve sent asking for an update has been ignored.

At this point I feel completely let down. I’ve paid for a product I never received, been promised a refund that never came, and been met with silence when trying to get answers. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Horrid communication and still waiting for my order!

I purchased my Gamefold table in August 2024. It was originally supposed to be delivered between Jan and March 2025. I finally received it in Nov 2025. I am still waiting for the accessories that were ordered at the same time. When I reach out I am told it is coming soon. But it is now March 2026 and I haven't received a large portion of my order. My kids and I were so exited to find a gaming table we could afford. Because it has taken so long, one kid has graduated high school and moved out and the other is getting close to that age. I am a very patient and understanding person but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Seven months, no table, refund only after escalation

I ordered the Gamefold Table + Accessories & Topper bundle in August 2025 for $750. The website advertised 4–6 week delivery. After September and December updates that each promised shipment was imminent, I reached March 2026 — seven months later — with no table and no tracking information, only generic responses saying there were "no additional updates."
I had to send a firm escalation email referencing my payment provider and consumer protection agencies before receiving a refund. To their credit, the refund was issued promptly once I pushed.
The product looks great, which is why this is disappointing. But their website continues to advertise 4–6 week delivery while existing customers wait indefinitely. If you're considering ordering, be aware of what you may be signing up for.

Worst company ever

I ordered a gamefold table back in March for shipping in August. I read the reveiws and knew it was going to be a little late.
By October I had heard nothing , so I checked their blog, they had finally put the tables on the container.
By November I still had nothing. So I emailed customer service. Got the generic email. A week later I replied to the email and got through to a customer service lady.
She tells me to wait and they processing the shipments in batches but assured me it was coming.
THIS WENT ON UNTILL DECEMBER.
I emailed new years day. Got told I'm in the final batch I should receive an email soon....
I didnt.
End of January comes around... I cancel. Ask for a refund as it was clearly never shipped. To my surprise... they did not fight it. They returned my money. Cancelled the order. The only semi good thing.

You might think im an idiot but I loved that table idea. And I was willing to wait...

Be patient with Yaros

Be patient with Yaros. I ordered and paid for my table in early 2024 and I still haven't received it. I'm one of those who invested in the development of this table, and now it's being sold to the general public. It's a total lack of respect!! 😡🤬

kickstarter are a blattant lies. they are employing probably the worst shipping and labeling company they can. you will probably never receive your complete pledge or order. even if they have it in stock they dont and they wont tell you they made an error ever and wont update you on anything.

Tanner Yarro is by far the worst…

Tanner Yarro is by far the worst business owner I have ever encountered. Constant lies and empty promises. He is taking millions on Kickstarter and is allowed to create more projects even though he has constantly under delivered in every area.
