We used this man to do a younger…

We used this man to do a younger members head stone and was pleased with it later my father passed away and he needed to be added to our late mothers headstone we had not used yardley memorials for the original making of our parents stone there were 3 of us when we attended the shop me my sister and a friend he told us we may have too many words so he would send it to his proofreader to see if they could rearrange and limit the words to mean the same we all agreed and asked him not to put anything on the headstone until we had agreed 3 times we made him promise and he agreed , time went by and we got a call saying the stone was ready we were shocked as we hadn’t been advised on anything the proofreader had changed and he said I’ve managed to get all you wanted on it slightly smaller but unnoticeable we all felt sick as we didn’t know what to expect feeling anxious , shaking along with being in floods of tears we arrived and looked at the stone I couldn’t see past my hand I cried that much as it was the final thing we could do for our parents , at the time of viewing I paid the remaining balance now looking at it that wasn’t correct either he is a liar he used beckon and not broken and said I’d left the original with him I defo have the original with me he did a photo copy before we left and I still have the original he then sent me a copy of what he claims is the original if I could post it here I would but I don’t know how also we arranged a meeting with him at the office we turned up nobody there 🤷‍♀️ Apparently off with sunstroke not the case he was outside one of his locals the white heart enjoying his self cos we passed him on our way home .
