Nonexistent Customer Service, 0 stars. I placed an order for tea, a tea pitcher and six (6) mason jars w/handles ($24). The box was delivered my FedEx and when I picked up the box I could hear the sound of broken glass. I opened the box and in the bottom of the box was the flat containing the mason jars, one was completely shattered and upon visual inspection of the remaining mason jars I found two more jars were cracked. I immediately took a picture of the package containing the jars showing the shattered jar and then two additional pictures of the two cracked jars. I have sent four emails to the company with the pictures requesting a refund for the damaged mason jars, I do not what a replacement because the jars appear to be a very fragile glass, the broken mason jar glass lots of tiny shards of glass, I am not comfortable with the quality of the glass. I have not received any response from the company and there is no customer service phone number listed on their website so you are at their mercy to respond to your emails. Be aware doing business with this company that does not stand behind their products. If I could have done a "0" rating I would have.
