Incompatible instruction made impossible to install

I purchased a combo, including a Yale Linus 2 electronic lock. Unfortunately the lock came with the instruction from the previous model, completely not applicable, nothing corresponded. Despite of searching for a video in the company page, I didn't find one corresponding to the new lock. I can't understand how a company who wants to consider itself as reputable, makes such an idiotic error. User experience: nul. Frustration: 100%.
