The service was extremely good
Price was normal compared to other service providers

So I don’t know if it was the captain that was an issue or I’m not sure I’m going to blame the captain. We had George the captain. I’m going to have to give this experience one star. The negative energy from the time he saw our group. Granted we have some people running about 10 minutes late and we constantly communicated with him but regardless, he had an attitude from before we even got on the boat. His son was much more cordial and understanding. I don’t know if there are a racial undertones with the fact that our party is majority black well our party was all black and we just happen to have money since most of us work for the government and I believe that they are Indian and I know there’s a history of discrimination that Indians have for Black people who have money but I digress. I cannot help the race that I was born with or the fact that I have worked for the government for over two decades, and I have worked hard for the money that I spend on my birthday. regardless, he just happened to come up with these very “convenient “rules: we couldn’t even utilize the downstairs rooms, the sun came back and said we were OK to go downstairs so there was miscommunication between the captain and his son. Apparently you are not allowed to carry more than 2 cups on the boat at a time, I thought was stupid. I’m assuming that they live on the boat because while he was rushing to get us off the boat he didn’t like the fact that someone had accidentally put their sandals on the couch that was in the living area so it just happened to be convenient , what makes me upset is most of the people in my party work for the government so we are not going to destroy any of your property as that affects our security clearances and we like our jobs. It was a great experience. Someone definitely needs to look into George because I’m going to ensure and make sure to anybody who is of my color that Travels Dubai does not utilize this company and definitely not his boat.

Overall, I would highly recommend MTS Yachts & Boats to anyone looking for a yacht charter in Dubai. Their service was exceptional, and they truly exceeded all of our expectations. If you're looking for a memorable and luxurious experience in Dubai, MTS Yachts & Boats is definitely the way to go!
