They were supposed to give me a refund almost 5 months ago, and they keep telling me that it’s in process between my bank and their bank, and that their bank has initiated it when they have not because my bank does not have a record of it on top of that they have gotten my bank closed my account closed with my bank because of this I’m not happy and I hate to be lied to.
