I was extremely disappointed with this…
I was extremely disappointed with this product. I spent $200 on six beacons, expecting that I would be using this on several items. I followed all the directions and have a good Wi-Fi signal at my house. I used a Samsung S22 phone. The beacon would chime when I would pick up my keys or wallet, but when I used my phone to try to locate them it would say that my items were out of range. And then the app would crash. I contacted tech support via email. I gave them all the information, pictures and even a small video.... They continually wrote back asking me the same questions about pictures and offering the same advice that did not help my issue. I'm not even convinced there were real people in Tech support, I think it was just robo replies. Very very disappointed....
Worse than a double ZERO.
A class action against the company is in order, but through how many layers? I’ve been fighting this company since early November 2022. Nobody’s home.
Can't get help from support emails.
Contacted customer support when one of the XY2 showed up as claimed so I couldn't use it. They responded saying it was reset but it wasn't. Contacted again, and again and again with no good answers, only links to help pages (which are broken).
Can't get support. Looks like they are shutting down.
Rubbish - AVOID 🤡🤡🤡
Never worked.
We’re advised by them to remove & re add it.
Can’t be re added except by them.
They requested a screenshot showing its ID number.
Sent it.
They requested a screenshot showing its ID number…?
Presumably they pay peanuts…….
And if that is not bad enough most of the retailers who sell their products do not know the difference between ones which are Bluetooth and ones which are cellular and often will sell you a Bluetooth tracker telling you that it is what it is not.
My advice: Don’t waste your time, patience and money on this product. You will have to write it off and throw it in the bin.
Rubbish all round…🤡
Don’t work more than 1 metre away
Don’t work more than 1 metre away. Sent request for support and 4 times get same answer. Sounds like they have gone to sleep and try changing battery. Changed battery twice and still useless and no support.
Not as advertised, and there's a better option
POS. It would beep incessantly while out in public. AirTags work much better than XY find its. Plus, if I lost something, what are the chances that a passing cell phone with an XY app on it would pass by, compared to the chance an iPhone would pass by, thereby alerting me to it location. Think about it...
I agree all the comments in one star ratings
I agree all the comments in one star rating. I bought one and it simply did not work. After reading the comments on this site, which confirmed my experience, I threw this thing to the bin.
I just wonder how can the rating be so divided: either 1 star or 5 star. I wonder whether there two possibilities:
1. They are rating different product. Is it possible.
2. The 1 star ratings were given by real users and 5 stars ratings were arranged by the seller.
DOESNT WORK AS DESCRIBED
DOESNT WORK AS DESCRIBED. Not fit for purpose. Only links within about 10 feet... other than that its utter utter pants

Well I bought 3 of them after watching video thinking I would be able to track anything and everything I so desired
How disappointed I was put one in my car walked about 30 metres from it and it kept saying out of range
Really thought it was a tracker
How dissatisfied I am occasionally it sings like a sick canary
Haha what hyped up illustration they put out scam central
Saying this type of technology use to be only available to nasa and used cost $$$$$ thousand
Now we can offer it at a special price lol
Just don’t waste your time with it
It's just false advertisment and a scam
It's just false advertisment and a scam. It's not a gps-tracker it's just Bluetooth. Works only at home and a map is useless. it's worth 5 dollars maximum! Don't buy it!
The XY came today and realize it´s…
The XY came today and realize it´s junk, don´t fall for it!
totally useless cant find my bike key…
totally useless cant find my bike key but when tested on my car keys sitting in the next room cant find them either just a message lost quit or confirm hopeless waste of money
I understand the bluetooth…
I understand the bluetooth limintations, the group networking, If it worked as advertised, it would be fine but they don't work. I bought 25 of them on sale, great advertising. They are the 4++, I tried several of them on multiple phones they all have the same issue. after 5 minutes they go to sleep. they work for 5 minutes then shut down. support says to unregester and reconnect, no help. A lot of engering to be a scam but something went wrong with the new model programing or the android update. hoping for a program update to fix the problem. So much bad press it may be too late.
Save your money and aggravation - this is 99% useless
I have 2 of these. I lose my keys so often. The app is almost useless. When I look for my car key, I've had it show me that it's in the middle of the lake days after I went kayaking and used the key to drive home. Today I'm trying to find my key - if I hit the "find it"button on the app instead of making a tone to help me find my key (like I would expect it to) I get a "Report as Lost? Your XY is out of range. But don't worry, we may be able to help you find it with our XY community". Seriously??? It's at my house and I even walked all over the house until the blue dot which represents my phone is right on top of the dropped pin for the supposed location of the key & it is NOT on my kitchen countertop. I can't even find a way online to get the instructions to make it sound a tone unless I have the finder in my hand to press the tone button so how is this useful????? Forget customer service - that just refers to a useless website.
Scam.
Scam.
Cant track a car, nor a bicycle. You need to be in the car itself to track it lol.
This item is garbage
This item is garbage. Actually this company gives garbage a bad name. I took my dogs for a walk and lost connection one house away from my address. I tried to read the instructions on the webpage and there is none. I tried to join the service and got an alert that the website was trying to steal my data and passwords. WTH!!!!!! Complete ripoff but I take blame for this because I didn't read any reviews. Only went by the website. Like a person said before me, "IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!!!"
It doesn't work
It doesn't work. Fake. It won't find your items at all. Don't but this product
this is a con
this is a con, a joke...Not what you thinks folks...It does not work outside your home so it is useless.
