Great app
I have used X-VPN for years and it has always been great for me. The help team respond very quickly though I've rarely had to use it for anything. The free version is a little slow but that's just how everything is nowadays - with the paid version I have no faults.

This VPN had one job, to change my location so I could access my work from abroad- it failed. I spent a long time on the live chat function, to which the workers took up to an hour to reply each time then would log off if you hadn't responded within 5 minutes of their response! Absolute waste of time- do not waste your money!

There is no auto connect on Windows start-up. Must be manually connected every time, which is an issue for me, being elderly and forgetful. I will still use it but wish it would add this so I can feel more secure of my protection .

X-VPN does not make refunds.
They promised a refund within 10 business days. The support team responds to requests for a refund, but I still haven't seen any results after a month. Every time the same message from the support team: "I can see you need an updated on a previously requested refund issue." If you are unhappy with X-VPN and want a refund, forget about your money.

I paid with crypto for X-VPN while living in Iran, hoping it would help bypass censorship and play games. It didn’t. None of the protocols work — ping is high, packet loss is constant, and support just gives copy-paste answers. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying crypto is “non-refundable.”
Save your money. Don’t trust a VPN that takes your cash and leaves you hanging.
