I have purchased this product several times for myself and as gifts for family members. The moissanite set my diamond tester off and it looks like expensive jewellery. The delivery was always on time and packaged well. I recommend this brand, I love it and tell everyone about it

Amazing ring and service! Everything is made to order so you know you're getting quality. There is a ring size on their website to make it easier to choose. Ive had so many compliments on the ring and that it looks like a diamond ! I had a question regarding my order and they were fast on their response. I will definitely purchase again. Thank you!

I have been waiting since March for a replacement ring that I never received, the package was delivered damaged and my ring stolen !! XVI Latorre have agreed that the ring has been taken , they are duty bound to replace or refund which they said they would do, they are now not even answering my email's AVOID AVOID shocking company, wish I had read the reviews before I ordered 😡

After several purchases I am still astounded at these beautiful stones. Hoping that XVI Latorre will be bringing out more styles soon.

Ring itself discoloured and was disappointing that the team would not replace it as the time had just lapsed by a couple of days

I had to return an item which was too big, I was asked to reorder the size and once my payment went through, they would send return address, which they did. I sent the item tracked, which they received, and I'm still waiting on my refund . That was March this year. I have emailed several times which are always full of apologies and promises. I would not recommend this company. Their customer services is non existent if there is a problem.

Purchased 3 rings for the first time. One was lovely but I asked to return the other 2 or get a credit note. They Always replied saying we are dealing with your request but then nothing. They finally asked me to send photos which I did to show I had not worn the rings but again nothing from them. I must have emailed them over 15 times over a few months but got no reply. Very very disappointed and frustrating. The customer services is very bad. They advertise with glowing reviews about their products but their customers service lets them down which is a shame as their products are great.

Received the ring and was beautiful. However, the stone was very cloudy. Asked for a replacement. As others experiences very friendly at first but then stops replying to emails, ignores you. Still stuck with a cloudy ring after months. The bands are also not triple plated. The shine wears off very quickly within a few weeks and tarnishes like silver. A proper plating should not tarnish so quickly so false advertising.

Ordered a ring, received it, but way too big. Ever since (it’s been 3 months) they lie about investigating my case, and come back asap with a return adress, which they never do. I’ve emailed so many times, they just want you to give up. The first 6 times they reply, very friendly, promising they’ll solve it asap, but after countless hours efforts of me to try to get a return adres and a refund, they just don’t reply anymore. They do keep sending me daily spam advertisements though…
