Easy Install Customer Service not so great
Part was great Install was easy, One Problem is I couldn't get anyone to respond to help me find the right Electric Clutch even after sending two Emails asking for help. Just so I can verify before purchasing no answer. I guess I got lucky finding the right Clutch in the end.

Pleasure doing business!
Product fit as described. Shipping was quick. It cost less than half as much as the OEM clutch and looks a lot sturdier. I wasn’t sure about the polarity of the clutch and the repair harness used a different pin position on the connector for the wires. I contacted tech support via email and they responded in less than an hour. All around pleasure to do business with.

Product Was Great, But The Website Was Confusing
The product was great and came in a timely manner. However, the website was confusing in that it promised Free Shipping but then only offered $48 shipping. We tried it a few times and finally was able to get the Free Shipping - perhaps there is a time element there we were not aware of. Also, we did not get the promised email notification when the product shipped, so had to call the company. Otherwise, all went well and we will order again.

Great Experience!
Part arrived within a few days of order - in time for weekend install. Fit perfectly on the mower. Instruction sheet was very clear. Mowed for three hours straight the next day with no issues. Best of all, saved about $100 over name brand unit. I would definitely shop at Xtremeope again!
