Absolutely shocking experience and a complete waste of £275.

I booked a UV glow football party for my son’s 10th birthday and repeatedly contacted the company beforehand to confirm exactly what would be provided. I was assured there would be a neon football, glow bibs, UV equipment and a properly marked-out playing area. The children were even told to wear dark clothing for the glow-in-the-dark experience.

What actually turned up was two UV lights, two football nets and a handful of rubber markers. No neon football. No glow bibs. No proper UV experience. It was nothing like what had been advertised or promised.

We paid for 45 minutes of dodgeball and 45 minutes of football. The dodgeball never happened. The coach gave different excuses to different parents, claiming to one that the ball had been stolen from his van and to another that the company had forgotten to pack it.

The coach seemed completely out of his depth. He had no structure, no control of the children and no clear plan for the session. Parents had to prompt him to organise activities and remind him to stop for drink breaks. Several children became overheated and felt unwell.

To make matters worse, when a child was injured, there was no first aid kit available. For a company running children’s parties, this is completely unacceptable.

The session became so chaotic that I ended it early because the coach could not manage the group. By the end, the children were so unsettled that some had started fighting.

This was my son’s first proper birthday party since he was three years old and his 10th birthday was meant to be a special occasion. The only reason the children had any fun at all was because they entertained themselves and made the best of a badly organised event.

Based on our experience, this company failed to deliver what was promised, provided a coach who was clearly unprepared, and delivered a service that fell far below any reasonable expectation. I have requested a full refund and will be escalating this matter further if it is not resolved.

Their attention to detail and communication in advance of the events is perfect, and they are always happy to help support the innovation and development of new activities with us.

On the day, their team, who run the activities, is extremely professional, helpful, and importantly, ALWAYS have a smile.

Nothing is too much trouble, and this is a testament to their approach, as our guests leave having had the best day at work!

Highly recommend them for your next event.

Horrendous and devious company to deal with. I will be surprised if it is around much longer. Requested a refund due to them miss advertising an event which turned out to not be dog friendly despite being advertised on dog friendly websites. Absolutely no refund given. On their facebook page there were countless people complaining about the same issue! Shocking!

We paid £60 for 4 people months in advance on an early bird deal, for them to then sell off tickets later for £1 each. What a joke. The customer service is shocking just do not bother. They do not care about customer experience and only care about what money they can have.

Not honest about prices. I went on a ride at an event over the weekend, paid £7. I went on again around 2 hours later and was charged £9. No signs to suggest the increase, I only noticed when I got home and checked my banking.

Misadvertisement, and the selling of high priced tickets for a simple fun fair should be investigated and stopped!!!

Xtreme events provided equipment for a child’s birthday party that was broken and unsafe. They promised to refund 75% of the money I paid but it has. Ow been a month with no refund and no response to my emails. I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer very clear of this organisation

We booked a bubble mayhem party for my 10 year old we had 15 children in the party, there were 10 bubbles so 5 were always sitting out which wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t take 25 minutes out of the hour to get the first 10 into the bubbles. In the end they played 1 organised game for the whole party. Owner is uninterested in offering any compensation or another event as said the party took place. Would not recommend this company at all.

We did a Zorb football event in York for a group of 15 as part of a friends stag do.

It was great fun and the perfect activity! The activity itself was intense, but everyone felt able to be involved, despite the ranges of age and athletic ability in the group!

Our host, Clayton, did a great job running the session, splitting us up into good sized groups and mixing up the games and objectives to keep it interesting. the instructions and rules were always really clear and everyone felt able to join in.

Lastly he was great taking photos and videos of the session which went down a storm with everyone afterwards.

Would definitely recommend!

We booked Old School Sports Day in Bath for a hen this weekend and all of the girls loved it! Chris our host was amazing, everyone felt comfortable, it was full of banter and he took some amazing photos and videos of us all having an amazing time! Would definitely do again!

As part of my dad's stag do weekend in Cambridge, we played Footgolf and Milton Park Golf Club on the 17th July. We had such a great time! A huge thank you Chris Quint at Xtreme Events for taking us round. He was very professional and ensured everything ran smoothly. Most of all, he helped to make the activity fun. Chris' energy really helped to pick the guys up on a very hot day. Organising a few cheeky refreshments for us half way round topped it off! The gang and I would like to say thank you again for a great afternoon and would happily book another event with Xtreme Events again!

WOW. This completely exceeded all of our expectations!
I wanted to do something fun & a bit different for my birthday so I contacted Xtreme Sports and Gary picked up the enquiry. He was really easy going & helpful, this made the booking process incredibly easy and stress free.
On the day our instructor- Chris, made sure that from beginning to end, we had as much fun as possible. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed/screamed/danced/tripped over so much. Everyone had an amazing time and talked about it the whole afternoon/evening afterwards.
Thank you again, especially to Chris, you nailed every opportunity there was to have a laugh and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Would 100% RECOMMEND, my group are wanting to make this activity an annual summer tradition!! See you next year 😎

Thank you so much for another amazing 'Old School Sports day' style party for my daughter's birthday. She loved it so much last year she wanted the same this year! A great afternoon once again with so many fun activities. Would definitely recommend.

I have attended several events run by Xtreme events and every time everyone has had a fantastic time leaving everyone on a high ready for the evening drinks!

Booked Xtreme for my mates stag do. We did bubble football which was amazing!!
The team that met us were fantastic, very professional and a good laugh.

Not usually one to write reviews but feel the need to on this front! Xtreme were Professional and personable from the moment of booking to finish of event! The guys were all good banter and xtremely lively, creating a great atmosphere and experience for all. Will definitely be using again!!

I booked this event for my Daughters hen party & whilst the event was enjoyable, it was an outside event rather than inside as we were lead to believe but my major complaint was that I booked & paid for 12 ladies & when we arrived we were told that only 10 could participate at once so basically we had 2 sitting out & swopping over.

I did telephone to air my issue & was told by a very rude man that this was always the case & he basically didn't care if I wrote a review & he refused to refund the 2 people that we had paid for which couldn't participate & basically paid to watch! At no point during the booking were we made aware of this. :(

We used extreme events for a family fun day that we held, and they were great! all the families loved the Xtreme Events equipment and games and we look forward to working with them again soon

A great Experience at a team building event we had recently. Battlezone Archery was certainly a favourite and yes the lads had plenty of fun taking pot shots at the boss hahaaa !
