Hey! Order from them and never received the package. Ordered two items and they stole my money and haven'tgot the package. They are big scammers!!! Would never recommend this website!

This website and many others have something in common, I saw an add for a website called ibeautyer.com this website looked dodgy so when I tried to check on trustpilot and found nothing nor any information on the web, I tried to go for service and found their email as xtreeus.com and was confused cus the website is called something else. And now I see that they are a big ass cheap scamming company.

July 2025 ordered in June, I saw the bad as reviews after I ordered. My parcel arrived I purchased the Arabiyat Prestige Nyla Vani-elle Eau De Parfum 2.7FL.Oz Uniqueness Notes Fragrance Allure Aromatics. Firstly it was a plastic bottle with a plastic spray bottle lid, and it was only quarter full and it smelled like body oudor YUK. Here is their response when I questioned the bottle and the amount: Get ready for a laugh!!!! Dear customer, as perfumes may be affected to a certain extent during transport, we recommend that you leave the product to stand for 48 hours after receiving it before using it. In addition, in order to prevent possible spillage during transport, it will be ensured that a certain amount of space is reserved inside the bottle. LIKE WHAT THAAAAAA!!! They could have at least used chatgpt to write their response. I have photos and videos of the package. No one gets a refund, they still continue to run their business. They are rubbish. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! This is going on Tik Tok too. SCAMMERS BE AWARE

This company is dodgy. Don't buy anything from them. They advertise Branded products and send you fakes. They won't give you a refund.
Don't buy from them.

If I could give no star I would I also ordered the peter roth primer and haven't received it , I have emailed serval times with no response, please avoid this site at all costs, scammers !!!

Terrible!!!!
They edit their advertisements so they look like the big brands ‘Peter Thomas Roth’ for eg then when it finally arrived (I had to ask where my order was after 2 weeks before they shipped) and I realised it was fake and false advertising I asked for the return address so I can have a refund and they will not give me it. It stipulates that you need to return within 30 days in order to get a refund on their website…. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The photo of the product shown on the website was completely different from the product I received. It is not the brand I ordered (it clearly shows "Purely White" in their photo, and what I received is "YouBuy Simply White"), and it does not work. I won't shop there again.

The product did not work as advertised and they removed all negative reviews. When asking for a refund as per theit guarantee there was no response. Total scam.

No answer, nothing works

The order did take several weeks to arrive, but it did finally turn up.
The gum though is not "Gummy", you cant chew it, it just disintegrates in your mouth, like a small sugar cube, there is no chewing for 30 minutes or more per piece as advertised, it doesn't "chew" at all, maybe 30 seconds...
After checking everything this a COUNTERFIT company scamming with a bad copy of a product - God knows what they put in it.!

I purchased 2 products and never received them. They have stolen my money. They gave a fake tracking number. I have messaged them 5 times and got no response. Please don't use this company

Made 2 separate orders on Aug 15, have not received them, the tracking keeps saying pending. I spent over 300$ and they scammed me.
I wrote their support and did not hear anything back.
Do not buy anything from this "Company"

Ordered from these on 11.8.24 still not received anything can't get intouch with anybody email address doesn't work and live chat doesn't reply so pretty sure I've been scammed like an idiot got redirected from tiktok video to XtreeUs they have taken payment and tracking info is say pending since the 12gh August so Avoid at all lengths

Recieved my order today and it smells vile, nothing like what it says it is supposed to smell like.

Bought through Tiktok and directed to Xtreeus, looks like I've been scammed. AVOID.

I made an order and it keeps saying awaiting shipment…not sure why they would charge me and tell me the product was available when it’s not. Hoping they get it together soon and this isn’t just a scam…shame on me 😣

EDIT- they have mailed now but 2 products out of stock

Ive ordered through Tiktok and been trying to get in contact with them. No confirmation of my order.

Ordered Vanilla Skin body spray
Received 15/8 and it has no smell I presume it’s coloured water ? Waiting for response

Update 20/8
Opened case with PayPal and they have refunded me.
