SCAM COMPANY SELLING WELLNESS COURSES
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased the massage certification course June 20th for $2998 after the owner, Nina Venturella, came to my cosmetology school to promote her business. The students were promised immediate job placement after completing the course and even relocation opportunities. Once the course was purchased, there was no communication from them and the meetings I was promised never happened. After 2 weeks of no communication and learning the jobs that were promised were no longer available, I requested a refund as it was a breach of contract. I was told there was a “no-refund policy” although there was no such policy posted on the website at the time. After a long dispute process and documented professional misconduct, they offered me a refund of $2998 minus $300 for a Paypal processing fee. After contacting Paypal, they advised me to not accept the offer because charging customers a processing fee for refunds was prohibited on the platform. This process has been long and exhausting and has damaged me financially, especially since I was a STUDENT paying my way through school when I purchased this course. They have scammed two others out of $2998 as well. There’s no way to hold this “business” accountable because it is not listed on any state business registry- it’s a DBA company who’s owner has hidden her information. She’s been doing this for 13+ years so there are potentially many, many more victims who’ve lost money to her. The websites she’s used to sell her courses have changed at least 3 times and she also sells through majesticwellnessacademy.com. THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You will instantly regret it!!!
