Hello, I do not recommend xt.com. They are internet scammers. I invited 39 friends to the event and they completed the tasks needed to receive the reward. Xt support is telling us that the rewards are over. This is not true. There were rewards, but support didn't add them! I do not recommend them, they blatantly cheat customers! They have defrauded the whole world.

2 days ago a refer a friend promotion of 20€ with a 100$ futures trade, invited 40 people (20x40) = 800€, they said my account was in risk control as many other people with a lot of invitees , i exposed this matter in their telegram group , the admin removed me from the group and eliminated my messages and also from the other discontent costumers that didnt receive their rewards. i also chatted with the admin of the group to whom i demanded a oficial email in order to file 41 complaints ( 1 from me plus 40 from my invited persons) and i was imediatly blocked

2 Years of Waiting – Still No ALEO Rewards from XT.COM

I subscribed to ALEOCLOUDMINING Subscription II on XT.COM in 2022 with the promise of receiving ALEO rewards after the mainnet launch.
The Aleo mainnet officially launched in September 2024, but to this day – after over 9 months – XT.com has not started any distribution, and continues to give vague replies like “please wait for technical conditions.”
My funds have been locked for more than 2 years without any return, refund option, or real update.
This is unacceptable from a company that claims to operate professionally. I’ve contacted support multiple times and received only copy-paste responses.
⚠️ I’m posting this to warn other investors: Be very careful before trusting XT’s launchpad or mining products.
We deserve real updates, clear timelines, or refunds.

It has been 9 days since the completion of KYC certification, and the account is still risk-controlled to restrict withdrawal.
My XT account is restricted due to wind control, preventing withdrawals since I completed KYC on June 10, 2025, which was approved immediately. However, I was asked to send a separate hand-held ID video to their email, which I did, yet the issue remains unresolved. Customer support only responds with “please wait” and no timeline. After earning 400 USDT, I can’t withdraw, and a 30 USDT attempt failed. The restriction has lasted 9 days. Please, XT, explain the restriction reason, clarify the video request, and restore my account functionality.

They stoled my tokens
I have the history that you didn't inform me by email or phone, and that my tokens are gone! You can't make them disappear, we couldn't delay, but the tokens can remain in the wallet, and the law says they can be transferred to another exchange platform. For me, it's clear that you stole my money.
Otherwise, my attorney will file a complaint against you within the shortest time limit in Paris.

Huge scam. Sold to a vulnerable old lady who has not got a clue what she paid into, from her pension money. How do you sleep at night. Before you say to contact customer services, I have done and await her refund without any hope really. I have power of attorney. Then you want my details and copies of my passport. What for? I have prepared a full set of documents to file an official complaint with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). If the issue is not resolved within 10 days, I will proceed with submitting the case to the regulator.
Furthermore, this case will be reported to the INTERPOL Cybercrime Division, as it involves international cryptocurrency-related fraud.
I am working with high-profile legal advisors who are already reviewing this case and preparing the necessary legal actions on both international and local levels.
If there is no resolution within the given timeframe, I will initiate a full-scale legal process and also publish a detailed public report with all supporting evidence, including screenshots, transaction records, and communication logs, on leading crypto platforms and forums to protect other users from similar experiences.

Not receiving emails from XT to verify account procedure
I have been trying to sign into my XT account and they ask ne to enter the code sent to my email address but they DON'T send the code. I have tried several times and still no email. My email appears on their first page before I try to log on and I have emails from them already so they can't say they have not got the correct one.
