I ordered an XB1 analog stick sensor wheel on October 11, 2024, and I still haven’t received my order (it's been over two months). The seller is not responding to my emails or messages on the website. It seems like I’ve been scammed. Avoid this website! The person who initially responded to my emails, Richard Wittekoek, is no longer replying to me.

Initially had an issue - the owner helped me out, provided a resolution, and even a free gift as a good-will gesture.

Their products are absolutely brilliant.

Bought an item that was clearly faulty.. contacted them immediately via Website.. no response. On the other hand post was fast to uk..

Good service. With the slowest delivery option, the delivery time longer than expected .

So i ordered a spare part (trim plate) for a PS5 dualsense controller.
This store was the only european website i could find the part at a reasonable price.
Ordering went well and the part arrived in reasonable time.
Unfortunately the postal services were not so thorough with handling and it arrive broken.
I decided to contact xq gaming and asked them if they could provide enhanced packaging if i ordered it again, upon which they offered to send another one free of charge instead.
The package arrived in perfect condition, with extra protection and a funny “im sorry” message included.

All in all perfect support experience and an excellent display of how much satisfaction can be achieved through handling problems with good care.

This site was the only place that had the board I needed for my PS5 controller. By this I mean, it wasn't that other places were out of stock, no other place even offered it at all! Thanks to XQ Gaming I was able to fix what was otherwise just a bricked controller. As soon as my order was in, I got an email letting me know that it was being processed and I also got an email during every step of the process from Richard, which I highly appreciated. My order was shipped out within days, but it did take some time for me to receive it due to customs since it was an international order. This was expected though as I was advised of this when I chose the shipping method and where it was going to be delivered to. It was a very easy and smooth experience. I do controller repairs and customizations, so I definitely will be back for a future order. Thanks again XQ Gaming / Richard!

Had a issues with the item sent.
Xqgaming send me a replacement part the same day, without any delay or the need to return the original sent part. 10/10

This company absolutely blows. tl;dr: They sent the product sign required without telling me, waited months to reply when I asked why their site said I was refunded but wasn't, then resent not only the incorrect product, but a product so damaged that it wouldn't be usable if it were correct. They've now ghosted me again for nearly FOUR MONTHS.

In October, I purchased a PS4 Gen 3 V1 (supposedly) shell from XQ Gaming.

Since then:

I waited multiple months for any sort of update.

I checked their site to find they had shipped the order without ever providing tracking.

They shipped the order signature required without me requesting that.

They misformatted the address so that it was returned to them.

I then reached out because their site claimed I had been refunded and there was never a refund issued.

They took multiple months to answer this request, and when they replied, I was told basically that whoever the owner or whatever is was on vacation and selling the business so he just wasn't looking at his email for MONTHS.

They finally resent a shell.

I received the shell, got to working on it, and what do you know, the post that goes through the board is on the wrong side AND it's crushed in such a way that a screw wouldn't even go into the hole anyway. It's a Gen 1 shell.

I've since emailed them 4 times since May about the most recent issue and have still not received a response or refund.

Whoever this person is, they're either a thief or don't care enough about the business they're selling to do anything to help you.

Very reasonably priced. Great delivery times. Cannot complain at all, especially considering this was shipped to me in the UK from the Netherlands. Thank you XQGames

I recently ordered some parts from XQGaming so I could add two permanent back buttons to my PS4 controller. I used to use the ExtremeRate Dawn setup, but this stopped working. I then had the official Sony back buttons, but that fell apart. So, I figured I'd try XQGaming instead.
So far, I've not been disappointed. The Easy Modchip and parts arrived super fast, nicely packaged and the video tutorial was very straight forward to follow. I had the buttons installed and working within the hour. They feel nice and clicky and are very responsive. I've not tested but I assume they have the same response time as the buttons they duplicate - I certainly can't feel a difference between them.
I did initially mess up on my order by adding the wrong tac buttons but a quick message to XQGaming put that right and they swapped them for the right ones before shipping them out. Top work.
All in all, I'm very happy with the parts, very happy with how my controller works, and have had a great experience using XQGaming. I will be using them again for more controller mods.

Bought a lot of parts to adjust my controller myself, the added Youtube video made it a lot easier. everything was packed well and any questions I had were answered competently. I like to order here :)

Ordred two springs for xbox one controller.
Came in a different size and didn't fit (they were smaller). I wrote them, they asked me for proof and when I send it to them they stopped replying my messages.
Avoid shopping this place if you don't wanna lose money. I wanted to buy more things from them but not now.

I ordered some parts to fix an Xbox controller on March 28th, 2020 and I waited a month to get the parts, but they never came.

I reached out XQ Gaming and they responded that very unprofessionally by requiring that I send them an email with the following statement before they will attempt to send me a replacement order:

"It was my own fault the package has not arrived yet due to is being lost or delayed significantly and don't want to wait any longer, and did not care about checking the terms and condition, and I will at least think about checking such terms and conditions when I order anything online at any store."

As far as I'm concerned, their customer service skills need to improve. I'm not looking to play games with them or be treated like a child. I will not be purchasing from XQ Gaming anymore as it's a waste of money.

I am very happy with my order on XQ Gaming.
The payment was easy, and recieved the order the next day.

Really like the youtube videos explaining how to mod, skin and more.
Very satisfied so far.

XQGaming is not to be trusted.

Purchased two shells, stick kits and buttons for PS4 controllers. None of the shells fitted, both would need modification to fit properly. Not mentioned at all on their website.

Agreed on returning the parts for a refund. Parts were test fitted and was in my possession for 8 days. After XQ Gaming got parts in return they claimed they were worn. There were marks on them, but if the quality was so poor i would RMA the parts due to poor quality. I filed a quality issue but they nerver even bothered to answer me.

XQ Gaming never got back to me after that, not with a single word. I sent them friendly reminders before i realized my funds are lost and XQ Gaming is a fraudulent, unserious company. Stay away, find another supplier.
