⭐️ 1 Star Review – SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE EXPRESS ROAD RESCUE

⭐️ 1 Star Review – SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE EXPRESS ROAD RESCUE

This company is a complete scam. They charged me $500 to bring out a “new tire” and install it. While I was inside my house tending to my toddler (it was cold), one of their workers spent three hours outside “working” on what should’ve been a quick tire change.

When he finally left, I checked the tire — it was the same old one, not new, and it was already losing air. They took my money, wasted my time, and flat-out lied about the service they provided.

Express Road Rescue is dishonest, unprofessional, and takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations. No one should ever have to go through what I did. I’ll be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, my bank, and local consumer protection agencies.

Save yourself the money and the headache — DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Fraud

Fraud! Promised service within 50 - 90 minutes. Charged the card for full services. After 2 hours, I had to call for an update. Was informed that they didn't have the tire. Would have to wait an additional 2 hours for them to aquire the tire.
When I demanded a refund, I am told this will take 3 days to accommodate.
As a business owner and manager, I will never call on this company again!

This company is bunch of scammers…

This company is bunch of scammers posing as motor club . They are just a referral company with no mechanical knowledge just dispatchers who overly charge customers four times amount just to seek local roadside company to perform services for them. When local roadside company completes services. Xpress Road Rescue LLC cancels virtual card payment of agreed price and leave local company stranded for completed services. I highly advise do not get bamboozled by this company. Seek local company yourself, service providers do not use this company as they will wait until you complete service to cancel payment.

Terrible and faulty service

I purchased and had installed a tire for my vehicle onJune 13th, 2025. I drove the vehicle the next day and the tire completely shredded off. I was stranded on an exit ramp with three children. I called Xpressroadrescue again and reported the problem and they told me I had to purchase another tire. Why would I buy another tire . They should have replaced my tire, free of charge.

Horrible Service, Don't buy tires

Contacted for tire replacement, signed contract for service, waited an hour, driver arrives to warehouse and discovers the used tire that would've been put on my vehicle is damaged on the sidewall. I'm asked for a third time if my tire can be repaired or if I have a spare from the same person, and I am charged $40 for cancellation because they tried to offer me a tow service instead. Horrible service.

Scammers scammers scammers

Scammers scammers scammers! So thankful I caught on and had my husband lock his debit card before proceeding. Please check the reviews, shame on them for taking advantage of people in a vulnerable situation trying to take their hard earned money! They will pay a hundredfold one day for what they've taken from others. I caught on because they sent me an email from a Gmail address.

This place is a joke

This place is a joke ! My son went to ohio for the weekend and blew a tire out on the way home , had recently taken his spare out and forgot to put it back in the car , so I Google roadside assistance to get someone out to change his tire first number I called was these guys ... 4½ hrs later the guy finally shows up takes the wheel off now has to drive 40 minutes back to the shop change the tire and drive 40 minutes back to the car , so probably at least 6 hrs downtime for a tire ! Moral of the story keep your spare in the car ! Second moral of the story is don't call these guys !

I wish I would of thought to check the…

I wish I would of thought to check the reviews of this so called service! I can't even believe they stay in business. I have lost my voice because of yelling at them. So I was on the highway in Wyoming. The speed limit is 80 mph. My tire tore to shreds and I pulled over and stopped. I was traveling to my son's house in Denver with my cat. I called the first place and they said in the ad, Fast reliable service 30-60 minutes. I gave them all the information and they said it would be 450. Which is very high! But as long as the could change the tire without a tow. They said they are sending someone out in about 60 minutes. One hour later they call and say they don't have the tire (new or used) The earliest they could get one was in the morning. They charged the card so i told them i want a refund. The refund will take 1-3 business days to refund. That was
frustrating but I found another ad and called them. I told the lady on the phone what happened and she assured me saying no that won't happen. So I give them all the information and pay 390. So they said someone will be out soon. Mind you, I'm on the side of the road, and everytime a truck goes by the entire car shakes. And guess what? One hour later
...we don't have that tire, best we can do is tomorrow morning. I flipped out. I certainly can't sleep in the car safely. Oh, but they can offer me a tow...and by offer, I mean an extra $375. Now I'm fuming! You mean to tell me you don't have a tire? I'm in a flipping 2005 Ford Taurus!! So it's been 4 hours and my cars battery died because I had my flashers on. It's in the lower than 30 degrees. I finally just give in, so I can get me and my cat off the side of the road! I say fine do it but get someone here now!! One hour later, I get yet another phone call. Now, the tow truck driver was busy and it will be over 2 hours. 5 hours waiting at this point. They again say we can go with someone else but they want an additional $125. $400 for a tow to a hotel that I have to pay for the night. At least they will be here in the morning, and I can get warm. $790 for a flat tire!! 6 hours on the side of a highway. The tow truck gets there and a very nice LOCAL man helped me out. I told him what happened and he said it's all a big lie. They are scammers! Always go local!! He offers to come give me a jump in the morning, if they wouldn't do it. So I stay the night in a hotel. I call them and ask when they will be here? She immediately puts me on hold. 20 minutes later, says someone will be out but 90 minutes. I checked out of my room and pack everything in to the car. Now you won't believe this but they called again to say we don't have any tires that fit!!! I'm fit to be tied...no place in this town is open on the weekends. Their only solution is they replace with 2 larger tires in front. However, it's another $219 dollars for the other tire. I'm done at this point. I ask for a supervisor and 10 minutes later he gets on the phone. I start screaming at him! I'm not this type of person but I'm stranded in this town and I had to borrow this money. Now there's no more because of the first refund not happening until 1-3 days. I told him to refund my money all of it. He says I can't refund the towing fee of 400. I completely freaked out. I want to make sure they don't do this to anyone else.So 390 is all he will refund. I'm in the hotel another night with no plan. Nothing is open until Monday. Unbelievable is all i have to say!! This has to be illegal!! Go local!! Lesson learned.

⚠️SCAMMERS⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

This company gave us an outrageous pricing for a tow and said that they would be no more than an hour but no one showed up. We called to ask where our driver was and what their name was but did not give us a name and would not answer when they would be there. They kept calling back about money. I would give this place a 0 if I could!

Had me waiting the person never showed…

Had me waiting the person never showed up. They sent a tow truck. They took me to a tire shop to change my tire. They charge me 340. For a tow of 20 miles and made me purchase the tire after they said it was included with the price. Worst road side ever.

Run forest run

I told them what I needed done and they told me a 2 hr eta, i called an hr in to confirm, they still hadn't gotten me in the service queue like I requested, 2 hrs later they try and charge more when I told them the bead needed resat on the phone and they tried charging more. They also tried threatening to have my truck towed for non-payment if they reversed the charge, they didn't reverse the charge at that time, had to call back a week later to have it reversed. Also a couple days later I got a fraudulent charge on my card... might be connected, not sure. I told them no at the nearly 500 rate to repair and reseat my truck tire as I could get a new tire cheaper. Ended up calling the same place they contacted, and caused a bunch of dialog draw out explaining that they didn't provide any service and I just happened to contact the same third party. Do not use! Call local.

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company! Originally they told me it would be 32 minutes- it was 1.5 hours. Then they brought the wrong tire size and said they would be back in 15 mins. I get a call saying I told them the wrong size and that it will be 45 mins and another 200 dollars to get the correct tires. Absolutely garbage company- stay away.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost - Complete scam - avoid and go to a reliable local automotive shop where you can talk to someone who cares.
We were rear ended and our car lost our doughnut tire. We thought we could continue but 2 hours later our rear tire went completely flat. The muffler had been shoved into the tire and eventually burned through the new tire. Called Xpress Road Rescue and agree to have a new tire delivered and installed. They charged us $480 so we have notified our credit card. 45 minutes later they called and said the new tire was bad so would we accept the used tire. We agreed. Waited another 45 minutes and received a second call that the used tire was bad. Would we accept a doughnut. We were desperate (11:30 at night and in the middle of nowhere in Arkansas). 45 minutes later I called and they said their truck was no good. They cancelled the request. That left us in the middle of night, in driving rain in the middle of nowhere. I walked to a truck stop and got a local man to help.
We wasted 2 and a half hours for no service and nothing but mounting stress. We had to sleep in our car overnight in 41 degree weather. This is not what you want to happen when you are stranded and feel alone. This business should be closed.

This “company” is a scam. They will pose as a local company, charge twice to three times the average rate for service, and then contract a local company to service you while attempting to scam the local service with a invalid credit card.
