Poor and slow customer service
I purchased a 3 piece suit months before my Wedding. The waistcoat arrived with a factory defect which xposed accepted, but they weren't willing to pay for the waistcoat to be repaired, lots of emails exchanged and it didnt move forward. Otherwise the quality of the clothes was good, just poor and slow customer service.

The jacket I purchased was lovely BUT it smells of damp it must be where they stored it which when your paying the price you don't expect it to smell of damp.
