Xpert Funding has been a great experience for me. The rules are clear, payouts are fast, and the support team is always helpful. Highly recommend them for traders who want to grow with a reliable prop firm.

Xpert Funding is a fast-growing prop firm that stands out for its fair and simple rules. With up to 85% profit split, bi-weekly payouts, and clear risk limits (5% daily, 10% overall), it gives traders a transparent and supportive environment to grow. No hidden restrictions, affordable challenges, and 24/7 multilingual support make it one of the most trader-friendly firms in the industry.

🚨 Scam – They Turn Profits Into Losses! 🚨
I opened a funded account with Xpert Funding and thought everything was fine… until they stole my profits.
Here’s what happened:
I had a winning trade, but their system recorded it as a daily loss of $296.7.
Then, they counted the SAME amount again under “Max Loss,” deducting in total about $600 from my account balance.
In reality, my maximum drawdown never even reached $150, but their dashboard falsely showed $736.
So they turned a profit into a loss, and used that fake “rule” (profit_limit) to close my account.
This is pure fraud:
❌ They apply rules that do NOT exist in the terms & conditions.
❌ They count profits as losses to steal your balance.
❌ They double-deduct money to make sure you fail.
⚠️ Warning to all traders: If you use this firm, they can and WILL flip your winning trades into fake losses and take your money. Stay away from this scam!

Nothing like fraud one.Beware from it.i can show proof.

Its a scam, even u pass the challenge they will find a reason to get u out, and the main thing is they will wait until you finish the challenge to explain this to you

Not sure how I feel yet,
Decent spreads, decent support. Dashboard is slow and does not update often.
I’m 2 weeks into my first challenge, but I already have to stop and wait about 15 days because of the 100 trades a month rule.
“Excessive open positions” rule should be for open positions only, not counting closed trades. That makes no sense. A normal person can scalp and do 5-15 trades a day, 10 trading days and it’s over, you have to wait. Completely unfair and I’m not sure how I’m supposed to prove it was me that made the trades. Can’t you guys check our accounts to know we aren’t using a bot or EA?
Basically it will take months to pass this account with my current strategy.
If passed or I talk to support and figure this out I will come back and update this.

First: Dashboard and other software of the company very buggy/ faulty. They still have much to do. It is not very reliable. The so called „payouts“ on their website are also all fake. Just look at the dates or the fake „good“ reviews on trustpilot. All fake.
Second: After completing the 1st step of the challenge, they canceled the account due to a hidden margin-rule. Why do you allow a pretty low levererage, if you also make a margin-rule of 60-70%? Only reason: to find ways to get rid off the successful traders, and only keep the losing/paying ones.
I can’t do anything to influence their decision, just want to help other traders: Do not waste your time money and energy on this prop firm. Go to more serious and professional ones.

A good company but need a little changed in the consistency rules and some of trading rules .
And respect for a customer service

I’ve had a somewhat frustrating experience with this prop firm so far. It started with some confusion around what was allowed — Support team told me I could open two trades to reach my target, but that ended up causing issues. Then came the reset due to the 3 trading day rule, which I also didn’t expect to be a problem based on my previous chat with support.
After that, I had to switch platforms to TradeLocker, which wasn’t ideal. And now, my account has suddenly been flagged for exceeding the daily drawdown, even though my stats clearly show that I didn’t. I’ve been told to wait for the tech team to review it, but in the meantime, I missed a trade opportunity today.
I understand that rules exist for a reason, but clearer communication and more reliable systems would make a big difference. Hopefully, the current issue gets resolved fairly, but overall the process has felt more stressful than supportive.

Dont buy there. I passed phase 1 but i failed because of the sick "100 trades per month" rule!!
I have never heard about a sick rule like this. I go back to the real good firms like ftmo, fundednext or Quantum funding for Example.
