i am writing to file a complaint rewgarding unethical practicesand misrepresentation by cars 24 inspection team.On 28th June 2026, Mr Mohan kumar visited for inspe ction of our car,Transaction ID S26900918, Amout paid Rs825/-
The issue: Mr. Kumar insepected my carand valued at Rs116000/-He verbally promised me that payingan additional fee cars 24 would open up a better negotiationwindo for higher payout.Trusting his officeial representationI mad the paymentthrough mybank on 28th june 2026
Instea of better negotiation their team subsequently called and low balled me with an offer of Rs75000?- I refused this unfair dropin valueafter which their team stopped contacting me entirely My Rs825/- fee niot been refunded despit the promised service never being delivered.
