I called Chewy they donot require a letter to cancel. Another spam I got caught up on and spent money I cannot aford.

My mum has been well and truly scammed by you whilst trying to cancel her Amazon Prime account. She never wanted an account with you and even though we've cancelled her card you're still taking random payments. She has now had to cancel her card for a third time and you're causing her alot of unnecessary stress and not even replying to her emails. I have now e-mailed you myself and want it sorting ASAP. What you do amounts to deception and fraud and I will be reporting you to the relevant authorities!

It was quick and easy, as long as that bill doesn't pop up again at the end of the month I will be quite pleased cause for the last 3 months I’ve tried to do it myself and even though the person on the phone would tell me it was canceled, there would be that charge again at the end on the month.

I got charged $14.00+ for this company to cancel another companies agreement. I had no idea there was an ongoing monthly charge of Approx. $7.00. It was almost impossible to cancel these charges. No live Customer Service phone number. I would never recommend this company.
