Attempt to cancel ooma telo service (un)intentionally brought up xpendy which created an account using the ooma account credit card. Now, xpendy wants to charge to cancel its subscription. If this xpendy account creation was not fraud, they should punish its app writes. If is was fraud,
shame on them either way. My bank will deny any further charges from Xpendy and attempt to get a refund.

I requested that my subscription with Prime TV be stopped. You charged me $24.95 for doing so, that was on the 13th of April. On the 20th April you charged me another $7.95 . what for? because on the same day Prime TV charged me $6.99 subscription.

To begin with they are impossible to contact after one signs up with a company based in the Netherlands. For the past year I have been trying to cancel their service without any success. I have contacted my bank and asked them to deal with this situation. I truly hope I never have to deal with a company that is so inaccessible.

What made this experience great is because "IT REALLY WORKED. It's a shame you have to "pay money" in order to get out ......I felt this might have been ANOTHER scam of some sort. But this ACTUALLY DID work, and for that, it was simple enough......and I'm grateful.
