Terrible service
Terrible service! My parcel was lost. For a whole month, I couldn't get a clear answer about where it was — they kept telling me it was still on its way, even though the courier's website clearly showed it was already being returned to the sender.
To make things worse, they're only offering to refund the cost of the items, refusing to reimburse the delivery fee I paid. Complete scammers!
Professional and quick customer service
I recently bought a phone case with a silver finish, but after two weeks of normal use, the coating began to peel off where it touched the lanyard.
I contacted their support team and, although they stated this was not a known issue, they handled the situation very professionally. They offered to send a replacement case in a different color free of charge, without requiring a return of the original item.
I appreciate the efficiency and the fair solution they provided. It is a sign of a serious company that stands behind its products and values customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend them.

I have tried to resolve this issue through multiple channels (chat and email), but no one responds. On the chat, I was told I would receive a reply within a few hours, which never happened.
In addition to the very poor quality of the cases, the customer service is nonexistent, making the experience even more frustrating. I do not recommend this brand.
Exceptional customer service
I recently contacted Xou Xou to request a return for a product that wasn’t working properly and asked for a refund. I was assisted by Erlehta, who replied immediately and was very polite and professional. She told me to keep the original product and issued a refund right away.
It’s rare to find a company that handles issues with such efficiency and professionalism. I’m truly impressed and will definitely continue to support Xou Xou. Highly recommended!
Exceed all expectations …
I ordered the wrong size and Nejra could not have been more helpful. She actually sent me out the correct size straight away, trusting me to return my original order which, of course, I did. Can’t ask for better service than that. The cases themselves are wonderful.

Disappointed with Product Quality and Warranty Response
I was initially very excited about my purchase from this brand, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.
The product broke unexpectedly after just one year of normal use, with a key component detaching and causing my phone to fall. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the product was outside of the warranty period — despite the fact that it is still well within the two-year warranty period required by EU consumer law.
I pointed this out, but the only offer I received was a 25% discount code for a future purchase. I appreciate the gesture, but I expected the company to stand behind their product and comply with their legal obligations.
Sadly, the product quality and after-sales support did not live up to expectations. I will think twice before ordering again.

I emailed them with the complaint of a broken lanyard (4th one in a row over the last few years!) and they didn’t even offer to send me one as a replacement.

Great case- amazing customer service
I have an iphone case & strap which I absolutely LOVE. I decided to treat myself to an airpod case then accidentally ordered the wrong size. Customer service have been great - cannot recommend them enough.
Dishonest marketing
The price they quote an sale includes a 15% discount but on checkout it says the price includes the discount but they’re actually charging the original full price

Literally cannot fault this company. They were very patient with me when I ordered the wrong phone case not once but twice. Nerja from customer service was so helpful and nice and made the whole process of my terrible mistake much easier. Now I have the right size case and couldn’t be happier.
Great customer service
I bought few items from this company and used two of them, daily. When the ends came off after few months I co reacted the company and they sent me replacements straight away since some products may not come out of production to their standard. I was pleasantly surprised by this. It is touching to know that there are honest and honourable companies out there. Thank you!

Possible iphone destroyer
Right after warranty was over the cellphone strap broke. My phone crashed into the ground, but luckily it did not break, but when I reached out they gave standardised answer that it's over warranty period.
Don't buy straps or covers from them your phone might break!

Metal should last longer than 2 years.
And it's nice to see that xouxou confirm they don't follow eu regulations of minimum 2 years.
And consumers should have a strap that last the time of the phone.
So again you confirm that you are an untrustworthy company that customers should stay away from.
And the order was placed less than 3 years ago, not over. It was taken in use second of February 2022. And
it broke between January 2024 and March 2024.
Seing as most people have their phones over two years it's another good reason to stay away as they offer less warranty than regulated by law on their products.
I sent the complaint last week, since this is a fabrication fault I automatically assumed a serious company would take responsibility.
Under EU rules, a seller must repair, replace, or give you a full or partial refund if something you buy turns out to be faulty or doesn’t look or work as advertised. You always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee, at no cost. However, national rules in your country may give you extra protection.

Before their edit they said only one year warranty but when I pointed out it's two years by law they changed.
So be careful of this company they try to cheat you. As

I fully understand you are not obligated to by law, but your product should last longer than 2 years and I was lucky phone did not break.
So this review is a warning both of quality, how they treat their customers and trying to cheat their way out of European regulations.

Not worth it, waiting over 2 months for a refund…
I originally had a positive experience with customer service when needing to return my order, however I have been waiting to be refunded for 2 months now and keep being given excuses for why this hasn’t happened. It has been a complete waste of my time and not worth it! Still unresolved!
Update: I have thankfully received a refund! Finally!
Quality not up to scratch
I am really disappointed with the quality of these products. I ordered two cases and two lanyards. I initially, returned my phone case as it stained and the buttons didn’t work properly. The company were good enough to send me a replacement. Which I haven’t tested. I then started to use the olive case and olive lanyard and the lanyard has snapped. Not really impressed with the quality of these products. They are not built to last.
