Not reliable, stay away
Bought a subscription for a year and it took around 2-3 days before I had it. Only one month later was I forcedly removed from the family plan.
I was told the family plan was still active, so I asked why I kicked in the first place and the response was "STFU" and since then I have been ghosted and I need my music.
My guess is the person behind has a mental problem, easy to get upset and takes it personally. I don't need that, I just want product I paid for and quick fix when things goes wrong.
