I was unable to install my Office…

I was unable to install my Office program. The customer service person and the technician who helped me were both very personable, competent and professional. The technician took care of all of the problems and now we are able to use all facets of the Office. Both gentlemen rate 5 stars for their work and I thank them sincerely!!
