Good Communication and support in all questions. Everything Fine with miners, everything was like the discriptions. Fast delivery and good saved.

Be aware that this company sell machines that have already been used/damaged/fixed even though they say brand new.
I've received two brand new KS3m with broken hashboards. I sent the defective boards to IceRiver repair center 10 days after I received the Asics. After inspection they came to the conclusion that both hashboards had obvious signs of 3rd-party repair/ tampering.
That's been a month now they haven't offer any solution.
Don't give your money to these people. It's not a reliable company, and there is no warranty at all no matter what they say.

Mary from Xonmining was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She also gave the best price and service that I could find. No issues shipping into US and made very easy process for me.

The company, especially the representative Ms. Kiki, was very responsive and accommodating. I had some revisions to my original order and they expedited the revision and processed the transaction. Delivery was also handled with utmost care to ensure the safety of the goods.

Shipment to USA was fast and the team was very helpful will use again.

THEY SENT ME THE FULL INVOICE OF ANOTHER PERSON WITH ALL THEIR INFORMATION. I still have it. After they sent the correct invoice and paid. I was charged $90 for a psu. This was fine. I paid for the shipping ($45) and the psu was also $45. I waited weeks for the shipping label which was "delayed". Then after some more time, they said they were waiting for me to pay for the mining unit, which was not going to be bought and was stated clearly. So I asked for a refund since I paid for something that never came. They said they could sell it. After even more time and me pressing for answers, they said they could refund the cost of shipping alone. Basically, I paid $45 for no reason. Your information is not safe with these people.

UPDATE: after putting up this review, they sent me my money back and told me to take down this review. I will not only because they sent me someone else’s invoice which I still have downloaded.

This is the second time I’ve purchased from XON Mining, and they continue to impress. Great prices, excellent communication, and machines that work perfectly.

I had a great experiencie buying from Xonmining. Kiki is always prestative answering all my questions with patience and dedication.
I would definitly buy more Asics with them due to the customer care.

Unfortunately, the situation is not so good, the machine broke down and the shipping costs in both directions and repeated customs duties make the warranty an illusion, moreover, the pricing policy is terrible, to sum up, I regret the purchase and I ask everyone to think twice, the industry is brutal when I heard it from the employee

On February 15 of 2024 I placed an order ( number 20487) on the xonmining.com website for an Antminer K7 priced at $2360, which was listed as "in stock". I paid in full at the time via Coinpal.
After 4 days of not receiving the shipping tracking number, I contacted them via WhatsApp. To my surprise, the sales representative Misha Xu, informed me that they had received the order, but the website was not updated, and the price was incorrect. He stated that if I wanted to receive the order, I would have to pay $4100 for the miner (almost double the original price). I argued that if it was their mistake, they should own up to their errors and send me the miner at the website's price. I also mentioned that my money had been tied up for 4 days, during which I could have purchased the miner from another distributor. His response was "it is the business my friend," which I found very unprofessional. Even more astonishing was his admission that if I hadn't notified them, he wouldn't have known the order was pending... seriously??? Given this situation, I requested a refund, which was processed within 24 hours. I will not purchase anything from this website again, and I suggest no one else does either. There are other companies that are truly professional and do not attempt to make "extra money" off their customers' funds.
