Hilarious

Like many others, two friends and I decided to purchase 3, Xone phones having seen the website hype. I made the purchase on Jan 9 via PayPal.(thank goodness)
After undertaking much deeper research and seeing this was likely to be a scam, I requested a full refund and after contacting PayPal received a refund on Jan 12.
Imagine my amusement when on Jan 22 I received an email to say my order (or at least part of my order of 2 phones) had been dispatched!
I thought this must be a mistake, having had my refund so deleted the email. Today, 20 Feb, I found two packages in my post box containing 2 Xone phones (aka Oukitel C16 pro). I then spent some hours charging, updating and attempting to connect one of them only to discover they were not compatible with Australian Networks!
I could send and receive sms and mms messages but couldn’t make phone calls.
Sadly an exercise in futility.

Total scam

Total scam. They sell repackaged Oukitel phones that you can buy for a fraction of the price elsewhere. There is NO SUCH THING as an Xone phone. They refuse to refund. These people are criminals. Read reviews for Hyperstech and Novads as these are the same people. They sell all manner of fake goods.

Xone Phone Refund

Checked my credit card statement this morning and I am pleased to announce that the payment I made in November 2019 for buying the Xone phone has been refunded in full
Thank you Tesco Bank Security team
Moral of the story
1) Always buy in goods using a credit card
2) Never believe what seems to be a bargain on You Tube

Its a SCAM

Its a SCAM run by Hyperstech.com and Novads OU from Tallinn Estonia. There is no Xone Phone. You will get at cheap Oukitel phone sent from China, and a lot of bull from the firm. Do not buy anything from this firm. Also see XonePhone.com .
