I can only say what has already been said. Support is slow, which is probably due to the amount of complaints and trouble they are having. You cannot control the battery properly, a smart app that is controlled by polices that don't work. It appears that everything is being tested in production to see if it works. Very poor system for contoling the battery. It would be easier to make a simple system giving full control of the battery allowing users to decide when it charges, how much it charges and when to use the battery, with an option to use these policies if you want. As it stands now it is a system that does not work as it should. I can in no way recommend this solution; as others have stated it is part of what was put in place by the company building the house.
Cannot tell it when to charge without a policy (which doesn't work properly). Cannot tell it when to discharge, cannot tell it how much to charge. 5 hours of charging overnight and it didn't get over 50% charged, stopped charging before it should have. Cannot tell it how much to leave on the battery, so runs the battery dry every day, which can damage a battery. I really hope they get this solved, and quickly. I want and need full control over my battery.
