A bit grubby and very smelly!
The location was a bit further out than I thought and it felt a bit dodgy, especially as the main entrance door is locked, you have to ring the bell to enter in broad daylight when we arrived, and use your keycard then once you check in.
The location was grubby with many unkempt properties around it.
The good side was that the public transport is right outside the hotel.
I had 2 rooms for our party of 4. Both rooms were very small. One room had a big pillar randomly in the centre of the room which made it even smaller.
Both rooms had a very heavy cigarette smell that even transferred to our clothes. One room had cigarette stains burnt into the bathroom sink.
The bed linen was clean, but the towels had certainly seen better days and were quite small.
The TV in one room was held together with sticky tape.
The carpets felt grubby and there were obvious stains on sections.
The long narrow hallway was unmaintained with stained wallpaper. It was awkward navigating the hallway if you met another person.
I dont think I would recommend this place, and I certainly would not stay there again, it was certainly below what I consider a 3 star.

Comfortable stay in Amsterdam
A modern hotel, a little bit far away from the centre, but close to public transports.
The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable.
The staff is really helpful.
There’s a bus direct to the hotel from the airport and it’s 30 minutes by transports to the city centre.
It has a good value for money!

I stayed here for a week and I have in XO Hotel İnfinity, first time in the city really enjoyed my stay, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable. The only negative is that room no iron. I should add the transport links are amazing, bus straight from the airport outside the door, we took 369 to from the airport so no taxi needed. Also the 21 bus stops the other side of the road taking you straight to centrum in 25 minutes.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, comfortable mattresses, and a beautiful bathroom. We couldn’t hear anything from the hallway or neighboring rooms, but through the window you can really hear everything – trams, noise from nearby pubs, and the general liveliness of the area. Still, it was manageable and we would happily stay here again.
We opted to skip housekeeping at check-in, but the cleaners came in anyway :) Otherwise, everything was OK, thank you.

The hotel is well located in terms of having a tram stop nearby the hotel cleanliness is the worse. Basically they just change your towels every day but they don’t really clean the bathroom. Also the hotel smells like cigarettes and towels are stained. Not Staying on this hotel again

It was further from the city centre than I had thought, but public transportation was very close (1-2 minute walk). The sheets were weird and not fitted so every time I moved the shits messed up which was annoying. The water was nice and hot and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accomodations were comfortable and the heated floors in the restroom was a nice touch. Location is a little ways from the centre but VERY CONVENIENT to walk across the street to the shuttle which is alot cheaper than an Uber. A quick trip to all the main sites.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I have no complaints , hotel staff were vey friendly and helpful, the room was spotless clean and beds were very comfortable. Room number 4 is really bad cold
Room number 4 is really bad concerning the temperature the Air-conditioning was not working at all. It was freezing cold although I tried everything to change the temperature control system in the room . Terrible.

Good staff. Few negatives though.
Most staff were amazing especially a lady with brown hair who helped us check in on our first day, didn’t catch her name but she was lovely. Breakfast wasn’t the best selection and all of it was cold, we only had it for one day then got it elsewhere. Our room had a stage-like ledge in the room which took up a lot of space and made the room feel very small, it wasn’t used for anything and isn’t shown on any of the pictures when you look at the hotel images. Our heating wasn’t working in the room until the last night so first 2 nights were freezing and when we told someone they just said it’s reading 26° and wouldn’t take our word that it was very cold in our room, the carpet was freezing to walk on and we had to wrap up to be warm even when in bed. We got given a small portable heater which did help but they were not interested in having a look why ours wasn’t working he chose to just believe what his system said which was completely wrong, lucky if it was over 10° in that room never mind 26 like he was adamant it was. A cleaner also took my GHIC card, whether or not there is a warning about leaving our personal belongings at our own risk, you should be hiring staff that know better on taking customers things. There should be no reason to have a warning like that if you just had the right staff hired and not desperate theifs. We caught her when coming back to the room and she told us she didn’t speak English then spoke English perfectly fine and soon scurried away I didn’t realise it was gone until she was.

Good value for money, minor maintenance/renovations needed
I had a good experience with this hotel, the room was modern and the bed comfortable. Only the sink in the bathroom needed maintenance since it was partially clogged
