this company purchased a competitor, Docubee. Our company utilized Docubee for employee onboarding, document signatures, etc... with the time and money we spent, they shamelessly sent out an email stating that they were pulling the program and tried forcing us to Xodo. Xodo does not have half the capabilities that Docubee had. They basically cut us off with very little warning. Any company that treats their clients this way is to be avoided at all cost

Software appeared somewhat acceptable, but untrustworthy company. They offer an incentive voucher for fair and accurate reviews, which I spent an hour of my time carefully considering & evidencing, only for them to tell me my company website & email (Rumah Build Ltd) are not valid, yet I've been trading for 3yrs!

Have been a Xodo customer for 5+ years. With my recent auto-renewal for "Xodo Pro" my access to PDF Studio was removed. I primarily had the subscription for the desktop pdf editor, which I've used under the same subscription for the rest of my time with Xodo. That subscription is now totally useless. I was not contacted about this change, and now I've got a 12 month subscription to nothing, costing me $168. I emailed to seek a refund, and this was refused, and no help for alternative.

$19.99 for what??? This software is AWFUL! I have a brand new macbook pro and thought i'd try XODO out as I was in need of a PDF editor, however, It crashes every time you try to minimise the screen and wont even let you force quit, i've had to restart my laptop around 5 times before even beginning to edit a PDF.

Spend the extra $10 and use Adobe...
