I purchased this product to monitor my teens iphone 7. I was aware his phone was not jailbroke, and we would have to physically take his phone and enter the code for two factor authentication to pull any data from the phone, but we were okay with this. Unfortunately after purchasing the product following all of the steps, it did not work. The company does not easily list a phone number. Once I found it, I gave up waiting after a long unreasonable hold. I then went to the website to virtually talk with someone. She advised me it did not work with his version. She offered me a 30% refund for a product that did not work. She was rude, and offered nothing in the form of customer service. She was careless that I expressed I was very unhappy to purchase a product that does not work and not receive a refund for something she can see that did not work. I believe this company is a scam.

Does not work and customer service is horrible. They don't answer any questions and when asked or if you need to reset due to a new phone, don't bother as it does not support any iPhone over series 9. And it needs the the two factor code everytime it pulls icloud logs. However it doesnot state where to put the code once they try to access it. I have talked to customer service no fewer that 6 times and get the same run around. It is not worth the money if you are trying to monitor kids or employees. You have to have physical access to the phone in order to get icloud logs with the two-factor requirement and again there is nothing to state how this is supposed to work. Unless you have a jail break version or ANdroid don't bother with this company.

What a horrible experience. For iPhone, their software reads the iCloud information. So with two-factor authentication on, you have to input the authentication code each time it reads. The information is not real-time, it is at least a day old. From my experience with it, most of the information is missing. They do NOT stand by their refund policy. I recommend to search elsewhere, I think this is a scam company.

Make sure you really want it. They want to keep your money so any reason that's legit is in there no refund policy. They'll claim everything that's wrong on you. Do yourself a favor and choose anything else!

Do Not sign up with these guys. It is a scam. I couldn't set anything up so I started a chat. They give you very basic instructions that end up not working. I had to keep contacting them. Finally nothing was working so i just asked for refund. But they said it's passed my refund period so they can only give me 30%????!!!! Seriously? I have been trying to make it work for a week with your help and it didn't work. I should be getting a full refund. A trial period should start when I can actually use the system and give it a trial run. Their customer service is awful. They will not and cannot help you AT ALL. NEVER EVER try these guys out. NEVER.

They don't really offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.

Simply horrible. Install directions were hard to follow so I started a chat. I was told that I'd need certain credentials on the phone I wanted to monitor and when I said I didn't have them, I was told I could get a 50% refund even though it says, in giant letters, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Super obnoxious cs rep, too

don't waste your money into this service. They are a scam. I purchased the service with a premium plan to checking out on my son iPhone. I didn't work at all. I contacted the support they said the jailbreak function only support up to ios 9.0.1? Really? They should have put that into the description. I requested them to change the platform to Non-Jailbreak one and it turned out to be not working at all. I texted to my son cellphone and give it a few missed call. The dashboard didn't even update or show up anything. I'm contacting my credit card tomorrow for this scam.

Would leave a worse review, if possible. The product feature set was not well-advertised. Features I thought were available, were not, and features they claim are available do not work well like they do with competing products. Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a subpar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. This could have been resolved more efficiently if they would have been willing to follow their own refund policy. I will be posting this on as many review sites as I can find.

UPDATE: Contacted CCBiller, their billing company, and was issued a refund immediately after letting them know Xnspy was giving me grief.

I subscribed one year plan for use in a device compatible (I checked the compatibility devices in the site).
But... The app don't work on this device.
I get a 50% refund. The other 50% was stolen.
Be careful.

XNSPY.COM is a scam, stay away they accepted my payment of $59.99 but I did not receive anything except the same response when I complain, "tell us what's wrong", over and over.

Please don't waste money on this, they will never give you refund, you can only view the call record only if you keep back up the device and you need they phone and icloud password, instructions and service is soo poor.
