Xln used to be a really good provider WHATS GONE WRONG

Xln used to be a really good provider until it got taken over by Daisy and everything has gone to pot. Having several businesses and accounts with them for over 22 years i am now closing them down. They were renowned for their excellent customer service and fastest responding times alas no longer. Not sure where the company is heading but one thing is for sure it's NOT SUCCESS. I sold one of my businesses gave in the appropriate notice and have had nothing but grief closing it down.
I have one out of contract and being charged extortionate amount cannot even get through to or have had a call to renew it.
Absolute disgrace, Avoid at all costs!! or else pay the price of dismal customer service and inexperienced personal and high charges!!
I wouldn't give them a star at all!!

Very dodgy company

Very dodgy company, they always charge hidden charge.
Very dodgy, very very dodgy they will rip you off if you use them they will never charge you whatever they promise they will increase their price every month.

XLN started increasing the price

From day one XLN started increasing the price with extra's that had not been aggreed in the contract. Now at the contract end, the price doubled because I did not give 30 days notice to leave.
Now after leaving xln, they have charged me an extra £17 final payment fee and they have blocked access to my on-line account so I have no access to invoices.

If I could rate lower I would.

If I could rate lower I would..
We had always had poor service and less than satisfactory broadband and phoneline from the first month of signing the contract with them, but the price was cheap, so that could be overlooked.
Then they decided to chuck on additional charges here and there without notice, for no real reason, one month they tried to take over £200 on direct debit.. im still not sure why. They couldn't give a straight answer either.
That incident lead me to opening a case with the ombudsman.
Now finally I have ended all contracts with these absolute incompetent rob dogs, and theyre STILL chasing me for a SECOND "final outstanding payment".
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They increase the price without notice…

They increase the price without notice and it is very hard to contact them and the price is very expensive even if the network is not working they take more than one month to fix it up. My contract is finished, but they say I have given notice and I give them warmer notice still they try to take money from my bank.

Reported a fault

Reported a fault, was told a new handset would be sent and my calls would be diverted, over a week and so far none of this has happened and XLN can see a record of the conversation but nothing has been done! Worst customer services experience ever!

No phone line since February

No phone line since February, no broadband since February. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody rings you back. A nightmare company. They do not care. I shall continue to post every few weeks until this miserable, useless company sorts out my lack of broadband and phone line. 3 months now!

XLN doubled Fibre subcripsion with no concent

XLN
XLN (now Daisy) Doubled my fibre subscription to my business with no notification. Luckily our accountants noticed this happened for the passed 4 months!

I have reached out to the old XLN now Daisy but no response as left in Q and was asked to leave my number. !! Dodgy - will ask for refund and leave after 5 great years with them.!!

Terrible service,misleading the customer tell me one price and then after one month they change me extra £40 ,very rude person,tip me off then try to charge me lots off money if I want to cancel terrible customer service

Please don't ever go these guys

Please don't ever go these guys, they give you a decent price at the start to begin, then have all hidden costs. Can't wait till my contract finishes, will be a free man

I hope you can resolve the same problem with another contract with your company Product ID: 5015164-51135

Because after the agreed contract price, they increase the price with services that they themselves introduce without my consent and take your money from your account without any notice completely illegally. When I see the money that at the beginning of the contract signing was £25 now it is £49 every month and after more than 10 attempts to call to report the fact; they continue to repeat that they will resolve the problem but nothing has happened ... I advise everyone to never use their service because it is an untrustworthy company and steals the money of people who believe in their promises. I intend to take legal action to report the money that was illegally stolen from me ...

XLN is the worst broadband provider

XLN is the worst broadband provider. A year back they promised that price of my broadband will not go up to £60 my previous broadband was only £35.
My broadband speed using XLN was horrible. Everytime i go on Teams meeting am chappy and mostly freeze.
Very horrible service.
Cost of early termination is £199 plus vat.
Horrible company

Absoloute scam don’t ever use this…

Absoloute scam don’t ever use this broadband they will increase charges and not even care if you have responded or even agree for them to take out the money. The staff are so eager to get off the call or send you to another department and make excuses.
