My first experience with this online store is an unpleasant one, because I placed an order correctly, but unfortunately I did not receive the order, so the order was returned to the sender, but we were reimbursed for the order placed back. So I was left with a bitter taste after this experience, I recommend you to be careful and not to suffer the same way as me and without products and without money back.

We see that our transporter could not deliver your parcel and consequently returned it to our warehouse. It can take 14 business days until the return arrives in our warehouse. Once we receive it, you will get an automatic email as a confirmation. After that we can repack your items and send the order back to you again or we can refund you. Unfortunately we can not refund you before we have received your parcel in our warehouse.
