Regarding my recent order
Regarding my recent order for some tail lights for my vehicle...
I received a defective or incompatible product... Even though the product was supposed to be compatible.
Customer service was very good, but in my case they were unable to help.
So, I had to return my order. I was surprised when I was asked to pay a fairly large amount for shipping, as the packaging was quite large...
When I complained, they informed me that according to their terms, the customer must always pay the return cost, including in the event of reshipment.
Also, when I asked if I could return it regardless of whether the product was defective, since 14 days had not passed, they informed me that since the tail lights had been installed, there was no possibility of a return.
I believe they did not intentionally send me a defective or incompatible product, but their terms in any case are clearly in their favor and against the customer.
Therefore, before placing your order, read the terms and return policy carefully so that you do not end up in my position.
